  1. The ethnic population of Germany is around 80 million people. By the years end it's expected that the German people will have admitted over one and a half million migrants into their country. By the end of the decade, a mere five years, the German people are expected to receive over 10 million migrants. My name is Anon, and I’m here to inform you of the reality of the migrant crisis in Europe; to show you that Europe absolutely must enforce stricter border controls. The previous figures come directly from Heinz Buschkowsky, a member of the German government and supporter of mass immigration. To him, “this [new forecast] is quite conservative and expected”. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all statistics I'll cite today are sourced from either the European Commission, the United Nations Refugee Agency, various official government releases, Gatestone Institute in New York, or Pew Research Centre in Washington DC. Let us begin.
  2.
  3. Now, the three simplest and most apparent consequences of this mass migration for the people of Europe can be broadly categorised as:
  4. - Ethnic/cultural clashes
  5. - Massive crime increases
  6. - Excessive strain on the economy
  7.
  8. Firstly let’s talk about culture. The cultural division between historically Christian and pagan Europe with that of the Muslim world runs very deep, and contrary to popular belief, culture is not simply literature, fine arts, music, and cuisine. Culture encompasses everything from gender roles to justice, and unfortunate truth is that the overwhelming majority of the migrants coming to Europe hold beliefs which do not blend well with the native culture. On average, 8 of the top 10 nationalities of migrants coming into the EU are from Muslim majority countries. Of Germany’s 4.7 million Muslims, 65% consider themselves not integrated with German society, 52% prefer separation from German culture, and 52% want their children to attend an exclusively Islamic school. Of the UK’s 3 million Muslims, 90% don’t see themselves as integrated in the UK, 62% disagree with freedom of speech if it insults religion, 36% believe that the penalty for leaving Islam should be death, 33% strongly agree that a wife should do her husband’s bidding, and 35% of Muslims aged 18-29 believe suicide bombing is justified. Overall, 65% of Muslims in Europe say that sharia law is more important than the law of the country. This is not assimilation or integration; this is an absolutely irreconcilable difference in views and values between people of different cultures. This is a displacement of native European culture under the guise of altruistic multiculturalism, and it will continue unless Europe reinforces its borders now.
  9.
  10. Secondly, let's talk about crime. A perfect example of the repercussions of unchecked mass immigration is evident in the nation of Sweden, with a population of just 9.6 million. Since the 1970’s, Sweden’s foreign-born population has increased 783%, and coincidentally since 1975, Sweden experienced a 535% increase in sexual offences. Within Sweden, 85% of rapists are non-Swedish immigrants or their descendants. 310% more lethal crimes are committed by immigrants compared to native Swedes, and statistics now suggest that 1 out of every 4 Swedish women will be raped in their lifetime. These statistics are echoed all throughout Europe, but particularly in the comparatively wealthy welfare states of Britain, Germany, and the Scandinavian nations; coincidentally, it is these nations that also have some of the laxest border policies in Europe. If this does not change, these problems will only get worse.
  11.
  12. Last and most certainly not least is the issue of economic strain. In 2014, Germany experienced a growth of 61% in its number of asylum welfare recipients, coming to a total of 363,000 people, and continuing the trend of recipient growth for the fifth year in a row. Each of these migrants in Germany, in addition to receiving free clothing, food, housing and healthcare for 6 months, receives a monthly cash payment equivalent to $209AUD. Once asylum is granted, this is increased to $509AUD, plus accommodation costs. According to a document leaked last month from the German Federal Employment Agency, the government is expecting another 400,000 claimants next year, and estimates that 80% of all migrants have no job qualifications whatsoever. When this applied to this year's arrivals, we come to the astounding figure of 1.2m migrants lacking the equivalent of a high school education, and again, this estimate is considered conservative. According to the Swedish Migration Agency, the Swedish government had set aside the equivalent of $6.4 billion AUD for migrants this year. Just last month, the same agency admitted that it needed another $11.2 billion AUD for the next two years, and already the government has resorted to borrowing money and enacting general spending cuts. Make no mistake; this is wholly unsustainable, and the majority of this funding is taken from the European tax payer to cover the consequences of the government’s reckless border policies.
  13.
  14. You might've heard in the news that the majority of migrants coming into Europe are Syrian families fleeing from warfare, and unless you’ve done your own research into the issue, you most likely have absolutely no idea how misinformed that view really is. The vast majority of migrants to Europe are not Syrian, nor are they fathers, mothers, and children. In the first quarter of 2015 only 16% of asylum seekers were from Syria, and in the second quarter only 21%. In 2014, 70% of all EU asylum applicants were male. Of the 680,000 migrants that reached Europe via the Mediterranean from January to October this year, 82% are adults, and 84% of those adults are men. The notion that these people are fleeing warfare and persecution is a lie that discredits the Syrians who actually are fleeing from warfare. Again, the vast majority of these people are not fleeing the Syrian civil war, but rather are fleeing their countries’ economic conditions and heading en-mass to the comparatively wealthy welfare states of Germany, Britain, and the Scandinavian nations, looking for a handout.
  15.
  16. Despite what the media and other public opinion makers’ try to tell you, the fact is that mass immigration is wholly unsustainable. Despite current efforts seeming noble at first, they are a short-term solution to a long-term problem. Despite the narrative prevailing in the modern media, this problem can only be resolved by a global partnership of strong, independent nations, not by individuals in a tangled mess of borderless feel-good bureaucracy, like that pushed by the bastards in Brussels through the European Union! To ever have a chance of ensuring the root causes of this crisis are dealt with, the countries of Europe must strengthen their borders and enact stricter immigration policies before it is too late, as should all countries. Thank you.
