Alleged Snake #7: Early on in the mission, he comes across The Boss, his old mentor, who has defected to the soviet union and given them a nuclear weapon
Alleged Snake #7: The bomb is used on a russian research facility by Volgin, a power hungfry soviet commander

Alleged Snake #7: During this mission Snake has a few encounters with an elite soviet soldier called Revolver Ocelot, and later discovers he is a double agent for the U.S.

Alleged Snake #7: Snake destroys the Shagohod, kills the Boss and Volgin and obtains half of the Legacy
Alleged Snake #7: Snake discovers that the Boss was actually loyal the U.S. the whole time, and was working undercover. The Boss was set up and unaware the Philosophers wanted her dead. She believed she was on a mission to aquire the philosophers legacy. She was given a nuclear bomb, to give to Volgin and earn his trust. Unbeknownst to the Boss, Volgin had orders to use the nuclear bomb and in doing so, the americans were blamed for the attack
Alleged Snake #7: The CIA revised the Boss's mission and named it "Operation Snake Eater" she was told, she would continue to appear a traitor to the US and allow herself to be assassinated by american agent Naked Snake
Alleged Snake #7: The U.S. renamed Naked Snake "Big Boss" to signify that he had surpassed her but he is angry at the US for having the boss labeled as a traitor, even though she was loyal and having him used to kill her

Alleged Snake #7: OCelot kills the head of the CIA, and obtains the philosopher's legacy and a list, naming all the members of the philosophers
Alleged Snake #7: Ocelot, Zero, and Big Boss use the legayc and their new army to reorganize the philosphers and create a new organization, "The Patriots"
Alleged Snake #7: The Patriots gain control of the US government and aim to fulfill the ideal of a unified world, in a misguided attempt to fulfill the will of The Boss (this is important, as almost every bad thing that happens in Metal Gear is directly caused by somebody misinterpreting The Boss's will)
Alleged Snake #7: Ocelot and Zero decide to make Big Boss the face of The Patriots, due to his legendary status
Alleged Snake #7: A year later in 1971, FOXHOUND is made an official military unit of the US government
Alleged Snake #7: In 1972 Big Boss is seriously injured, and Zero, fearful the legendary soldier will die, uses somatic cell cloning and EVA as a surrogate mother, create a clone of Big Boss
Alleged Snake #7: Zero names the project "Les Enfants Terribles", or, The Terrible Children, a project designed to create the perfect soldier, using the genes of the greatest warrior of the 20th century, Big Boss.

Alleged Snake #7: Coldman is killed by the KGB, but before he dies, he manages to reprogram Peace Walker to fire nukes at Cuba
Alleged Snake #7: At the same itme , sending false data to the US making it seem as though they were the target of soviet missile strike
Alleged Snake #7: BB tries to convince the US that the missile attack is fake, in an attempt to prevent the US launching their own strike
Alleged Snake #7: Big Boss is unable to stop the americans from attacking, and the Boss AI sacrifies itself to kill the false signal and prevent the world from engaging in nuclear war
Alleged Snake #7: Big Boss uses the MSF and the developers of Peace Walker to build his own nuclear superweapon, Metal Gear ZEKE
Alleged Snake #7: The Metal Gear is stolen by a secret agent sent by Major Zero, and Major Zero intends on using ZEKE to launch nukes at the US and frame big boss and the MSF for the attack.
Alleged Snake #7: Big Boss decides to create his own military nation free of the exploitation of corruption of the world governments
Alleged Snake #7: He names it "Outer Heaven" and plans to use it to take on Major Zero and his group The Patriots
