Cassidys BS wrongful arrest: Problems, localized to montgomery county Indiana.
2 nights ago, one oficer in particular was following me through town from the time i left walking from cvs.
I was, at the time, practicing my faith, so my voice was raised, but i was
"Doing no harm".
I walked from cvs 106 east / stop switching my letters please / market street, to the kroger on Darlington ave.
being harassed all the way in multiple stops.
Each time I simply stated "Arrest me, or let me go".
Finally, after leaving a "stay woke" msg in front of Kroger w/ hand sanitizer cloths, he stopped me just past the
intersection. His partner, apparently in Another vehicle.
After some more "Harassment" I began walking out state road 47 north.
There was a man in front of me, this 'deliberate entrapment'
I let him get plenty of distance in front of me, by diving down in the ditch.
and covering my face in long grass.
Again, I continued walking toward 2606 North State Road 47, cutting across, the 'Random House Publishing'
parking lot.
Where I was AGAIN confronted by these SAME officers. When They did I extended my hands and again stated "Arrest me, or Let me go"
"Random House publishing" does NOT to my knowledge have any 'no tresspassing' signs posted
They AGAIN chose the path of discrimination and aggression.
and Roughly handcuffed me, and threw me in the front of the police card w/ no regards for my health.
I was denied medicine, I was denied the right to practice my religion.
I was forced to sleep on concrete.
I repeatedly asked to be released.
I was repeatedly treated poorly. My parents a day after the 'wrongful arrest' were forced to pay $600.00" cash as "bail".
When they threatened to "put me in with men" if the money was not paid, I declared I would 'defend myself with any means necessary'
"Right to self defense? Anyone?"
I am a woman, I was discrimated against by both religion and gender.
I was arrested for practicing my religion on a day that ended in Y regardless of my physical condition or injuries.
The Mongomery county, Jail had brought in another person, a male, with my same birthday.
4/6/1977.
Our records appear to have gotten "Confused". I would contend quite possibly 'deliberatly'.
My Dignity, and my tattoos have been stolen from me, pictures of my face, and my DNA, samples have been stolen from me.
No amount of repair, or deleting of files can ever make these things as personal and private as they once were, but I strongly suggest all records relating to this "entrapment" and "wrongful arrest" be IMMEDIATLY purged from ANY and ALL systems.
I demand my right to privacy, and to practice my religion in peace.

"It was a "terrible experience..." Which I sincerly hope, that with enough dialog, we can work to resolve.
These types of 'incidents' reduce us all in untold ways.
We can not simply say "Oh, its on transgendered woman"
or 'oh, thats so terrible, and move on unthinking and / or uncaring.
If "ALL lives matter.. then ALL, lives matter" if we all bleed red, thats all of us and we should all have a chance to contribute to society.
Not be deprived of those things we hold most precious.
We are promised in the constitution rights to 'speedy trial' and 'reasonable bail'
yet I've had neither. Since my last 'relationship' ended, I have been at my parents, since 'Social security' cut my benifits just for moving in here
by 1/3 I have been trying to live on 488$ a month, this too, and 'injustice' as 733$ was fine, I was independent, but with the costs of goods right now
it is 'virtually impossible' to sustain ones self on such an income and 'Montgomery County Indiana' setting a 600$ cash bond(that means not even willing to accept a "Partial payment - usually 105/110$" was, is my opinion at LEAST a violation of 'reasonable bail when its more then i make in a MONTH!
Crawfordsville Indiana 'city police' is 'seperate' from 'county sherrif' and the 'county jails, records were apparently confused.' This however meant they were going to lock me in with men, and *I* am a woman. On this, no one elses opinion matters. I know whats in my heart and mind.
It is my hope, that 'the people' and I can proceed through a dialog, which allows us not only to avoid such misunderstandings in the future, but ALSO, resolve a long history of prejudice and discrimination in the general area. The way forward, in 'peace a love, instead of back, in to a nightmare of hate, which many have suffered from for far too long. Only together, in such an action can we all proceed with 'Hope'.

@ this house it may very well be my 'social security debit card' some 'tools' and other items have VERY recently been 'sticky fingered'
Also, I req: 'urgent' meeting w/ 'representitives of the people' tomm... @ court house, will try to arrive early.

While I was incarcerated in the Mongomery County Indiana jail -

I was denied racticing of my religion or any 'outdoor' time to connect with nature.
As I was arrested under a near full moon practicing said beliefs, this was extra harmful.


Further,
I was denied access to any medications, pain medicine for existing injuries aggrivated
by sleeping on near concrete(only a flimsy plasic mat and a couple thin blankets. to provide cushion or warmth.

During this time I inquired about going to court(for arraignment) and was told(if memory serves) this would happen
The following monday. I was obviously miserable and in despair, however was willing to wait to go before a judge as I did not have 600$ to pay, my disabled social security check being only 488$ a month, I thought a judge would see reason.

Sometime during this i pressed the buzzer to call for the guard and while I dont remember all of those instances, I do remember one very chilling reply that came through from a male voice "If you live long enough"
I dont know whether he intended me harm, or whether he thought the male inmates the planned to throw me in with had something planned or exactly how the comment was intended however, it was nothing short of terror inducing.
Fortunatly after that I managed to reach family by phone(as the phone they had tried to provide me up to that point wouldnt realisticlly even make local calls, there was barely enough time to say ones name before an automated 'we are trying to get acceptance' message came on.

They would not accept a portion to a bail bondsman, they were demanding cash. This is, in my opinion(and since i was unjustly caged like a rat my opinion is the one that counts here) it is tantamount to extortion or blackmail.

I call for an immediate investigation, and special prosecutor to assure these things never happen again.
