I see you're interested in the username "Piccolo". Unfortunately, it's already taken, which means at least one other person also wants it. It is possible to transfer ownership of an abandoned account, but since you're probably not the only person who wants it, we need some sort of reason.

Three possible reasons qualify:

1. You have some sort of claim to the name. For instance, you have a trademark for this name, or you have a website or service with this name, or you have an active account on a social website (such as Smogon, YouTube, Twitter) using this name. By "active", our threshold is 50 by some nontrivial measure: 50 Twitter followers, 50 Smogon posts, 50 Reddit karma, etc.

2. You have contributed to PS in some way. For instance, you have an accepted pull request to our GitHub repository, or you've contributed art, or something like that.

3. You are dedicated to PS. For instance, you have an account with a ladder rating over 1700, or you are a room moderator of a public room, or you are a global voice.
