Activating Impulse COmmands without Redstone

First reset the auto to 0
/blockdata ~ ~-1 ~ {conditionMet:1b,auto:0b}

Then Activate it by setting it to on
/blockdata ~ ~-1 ~ {conditionMet:1b,auto:1b}
