Go to  C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3\ShooterGame\Config

Open "ShooterEngine.ini" with notepad (best is notepad++)

Find: "bForceNoMovies=FALSE" line and replace it to "bForceNoMovies=TRUE"

Close & save the document and set it as READ ONLY. From this moment you don't get to see "Press any key" or loading movie.
