  1. Go start some crazy shiz
  2.
  3.
  4. Before we get into this. Let me ask you a question; with a truthful answer from you. If we had a staff member, that gets multiple complaints from other members, with proof that they are rude, disrespectful, and downright unfit for their job. What would you do? If every story you were about to hear, was about another staff member, a different server, what would happen, what would you expect to happen?
  5.
  6. Players, myself included, get bullied, get brought down on multiple occasions by a particular staff member, and nothing gets done. Days go by, and staff members become more and more upset, wanting to leave Mineplex, because they feel like they’re worth nothing to the team because they can’t bring this up to their head admin. Rumors float around, that you two are close - making this admin invincible.
  7.
  8. Is this how Mineplex wants to promote themselves? People get picked on, their staff duties made fun of by a higher up, they’re made to feel like everything they do is in the wrong, when in reality, it’s just an abusive member. But why does this keep going on? I’ll tell you why.
  9.
  10. An issue is brought up to our higher ups, the people who run our jobs, and instead of confronting the member who is disrespecting other players, who is bringing our players down saying they’re not good at what they do; instead of making this issue known - it gets tossed away because instead of thinking like a true leader, and promoting a healthy relationship between our team; what is promoted, is that the more well known and liked you are - the more untouchable you are, and the sad part about that is, it’s completely true.
  11.
  12. All we ask of you, is before you continue reading, change your mindset - rather than reading this as a friend, read it as the head admin you are - and see that what this is doing to our team should not be allowed nor ignored.
  13.
  14.
  15. Today we’re here to talk to you about some issues we have about a particular admin, Ishh; normally conversations like this are ignored, but I’m trying to be heard. This topic needs to be said, and needs to be handled, and until something is done, I will continue to bring up every issue that comes up in the future; cause with the rate this is going - there’s bound to be plenty more.
  16.
  17. Myself, as well as plenty of other staff members and normal players have had personal issues with this particular admin, but as for the ones who have came out to me about their issues, they are too scared to say anything to the leadership team because not only will it ruin their reputation with you guys, but they feel it’ll hurt their job - as it’s rumored to have done so in the past for others. Is that really how you want to be portrayed to our staff team? Players should not be scared to speak to our leaders about an abusive member of our team. Nor should they be shunned for coming out with these issues.
  18.
  19. Hear what some of our staff have to say about him; due to what I said above about reputation being ruined by this I will be keeping those who want to be kept anonymous, anonymous.
  20.

  22. Kwystal:
  23. As for myself, I’m not scared to bring up topics like so; as you can tell from my past issues with the leadership team, I’m not afraid to make my statements be heard, and I will continue to try until they are heard, especially when it’s such an important topic. No admin, leader, or member of our team should act the way this particular admin does. He’s a bully, he’s disrespectful, and he talks down to anyone who isn’t his friend.

  27.
  28. As many would agree, this is completely disrespectful and downright rude. I understand I didn’t mute someone right away, but for him to ask for me to provide proof of me doing my job, as well as then saying I should attend the meeting as I’ll “learn a lot from it” is basically him calling me a bad mod. I have been a mod for over half a year now with Mineplex - and never have I once gotten a complaint from a higher up about my work. Yet to this particular admin - I don’t seem to know how to do my job.
  29.
  30. Being that Ishh is my admin, he’s suppose to be someone we can talk to, especially about our teams, or so I thought. This screenshot will be a long one, but it shows that he cannot handle a lot of which he should. I admit I was frustrated, I was upset, as anyone should be when waiting 8 weeks, with countless ignored messages to get on a single team, so yes, I vented a lot about our system with teams, as I have with many. Somehow - I made Ishh’s bad side by venting to my admin about teams. I was disrespectful and should know better than to talk to him that way, so he said. Though, after reading the screenshots I was not once disrespectful towards him nor any other admin - I was just venting my feelings towards the way things are ran when it comes down to joining a team.
  31.
  32. (Artix - These are evidence of my personal experience with him - not to show recent messages.)

  37.
  38. To be blatantly honest, Ishh is disrespectful, and talks down to anyone who is not in his list of favorites. He treats myself, and others as people lower than him when he is no better than anyone. He acts as though, because he is admin he can talk, act, and be however he wants and will get away with it, and I’m tired of having to deal with someone so rude and undeserving of this rank. Not only does having admin go straight to his head making him feel to be the almighty god that we should be honoured to be near, he uses it to self promote himself every chance he gets and it’s quite frankly annoying to constantly see, or hear from him as well.
  39.
  40.
  41. Tigglee:
  42. Ishh is not admin material whatsoever; he’s very unprofessional, unorganized and I feel he does not take his admin position seriously. He uses the popularity he gets from his rank to self promote all his social networks that he’s involved with.
  43.
  44. Ishh is a very unreliable person as well as very unorganized and unprofessional. If you ask him for assistances for anything, he’ll accept it but he will put it off as much as he can until he has no choice in the matter. In the past, I have asked him if I could become a mod mentor; he sets up a meeting with me but puts this meeting off day after day until he shoots me down saying that his team is too full.

  50. http://puu.sh/9OxsL.png
  51. Screenshots of amazing examples that Ishh is not reliable nor organized. If his team was full, he should have told me that before creating this endless meetings that never happened.

  54. http://puu.sh/9OxXv.png
  55. We understand that people have personal issues that can change some arrangements, but I’m bringing this up because he does this for every single meeting. Not only does he put off all meetings you make with him, the ones that he doesn’t put off, he comes unprepared. mumbles and repeats himself the entire time.
  56. As a role model for players and even lower staff ranks, admin should always be professional when talking or in some cases, typing. Using correct punctuation, grammar, and spelling should be used at all times as this shows professionalism, maturity, and for the meetings, punctuality. I hardly ever see Ishh use correct grammar or punctuation unless he’s talking in the Mod Coord Announcements chat and even then, there’s many errors within his words.

  59. “My opinion about Ishh is mainly about him giving special treatment to his friends or family members. For what I've seen, he's been unmuting/unbanning people that have many past offences and yet, they're either his friends or family members. He should be treating people like any other regular player playing on Mineplex.”

  68. “Honestly, I feel as though ishh_ is an example of hypocrisy. He shows favoritism, and he also shows that being in relation to a Mineplex Admin can get you out of anything. ishh_ has lifted the punishment of his cousins twice, and for reasons that would not get by a ban appeal. For example, ishh_ writes, "Broken Caps Lock" for an unmute reason. Obviously, that would not get any regular person unpunished by the forums team in regards of the appeals. This punishment was not even a severity 3; it was only a severity 1, meaning it could easily be waited out. There was no reason for the punishment to be lifted.
  69. Overall, ishh_ is simply not qualified for admin if he is going to show favoritism such as this. There are no excuses for this.”

  73. “During the first few days when I was promoted to a moderator, I was put into Mod Coordination Team. I received a mentor 5 days later, which in my opinion took a really long time. That’s almost a week in which I was alone with no mentor and this just shows me how the Admin of this team isn’t so very organized, and doesn’t do his job very well.
  74. A meeting was also scheduled over 1 week later, and when it came to that day, there was either a cancellation or a reschedule for a different day. It happened so frequently that I literally wanted to leave the team and join a different one. Till this day, he either doesn’t show up for meetings, misses, or reschedules it.
  75. Additionally, as far as how he does his job, it's really poor. Whenever we want to apply/switch for another team, it would usually take 3 weeks. I know this might sound a bit exaggerating, but it's true. I’m positive that there are cases like this because of Ishh rescheduling meetings, canceling, etc.
  76. This is so honestly annoying, that it shows NO professionalism. How would you feel if you showed up on TeamSpeak 1 hour prior to meetings, and the person who scheduled it suddenly cancels the meeting?
  77. I have proof that belonged in the Mineplex Staff | Mod Coordination till this day where he CONSTANTLY reschedules meetings too often.

  79. In one of the pictures, someone explains that Ishh has some IRL problem. I totally understand that IRL problems are important, but shouldn’t he be the one telling us in advance or something?
  80. This is pathetic. I believe he does not qualify to be one of the admins of Mineplex. There are mods out there that will certainly do a much better job than the current admin Ishh.”

  84. “Due to the fact that Ishh is not my Admin, I have minimal situations of which I can use in this case. However, from the few circumstances I have had myself, and the ones that the people here have listed, I can conclude to one thing - an Admin should not be like this. Even from just reading the things that other people have written here, I found myself constantly wondering why an Admin like this is even known as an Admin. Why? View the matters from the perspective of the true role.
  85. A strong Admin should be coordinated, patient, understanding, a good role model, a firm leader, and have high communication skills. These are things I do not see in our current Mod Coord Admin. He postpones meetings, is unbelievably disorganized, is an inattentive listener, and is full of favoritism, self-promotion, and disrespect. If I were to speak to him without knowing he was labeled as an Admin, I would never even begin to imagine that he was one. From his grammar, to purely his way of handling things, everything reeks of unprofessionalism.
  86. There has been a countless number of meetings with Ishh that have been ‘postponed’, but never happened. If you were to ask nearly any Mod Coord Moderator about a scheduled meeting, their response would be that it was either late or held off. That in itself says something. This not only happens with meetings, but with issues and questions as well. It seems as though all of the ‘unimportant Mods’ in his eyes get pushed aside, and only the ones that Ishh is friends with and such will get an immediate answer.
  87.
  88. Eight days after I was promoted to Mod, I had not received my tag or Mentor - despite the fact that the rest of my promoted batch had. I had to message Ishh myself and request both; shortly after doing so, I realized that I had been skipped over, and that Ishh had no idea. If I had not spoken up, things would have stayed like that for much longer. He was being quite brisk and curt about the matter as well, responding with things such as ‘k’. Sure, the whole ordeal may have been an honest mistake, or perhaps he was in a rush; and on a normal basis, I wouldn’t mind all that much. But it is a constant pattern with Ishh. From what I can see, he is hardly on top of what is going on in his own Mod Team, let alone capable of organizing it. It may seem as though I am setting expectations for Ishh too high, but in reality I am not. The task of an Admin requires these sorts of things.
  89. I have seen Moderators with a much stronger potential than Ishh. Their managing, communication, and professionalism skills are higher, as well as just their overall staff-like aura. If a Moderator can surpass the levels of an Admin, then something obviously is not right. Even from the moment new Moderators join Mod coord, it becomes quite evident how much of a mess the team is. Mod Coordination needs an Admin who can lead and change that, not just aid to the disorganization. Ishh does the opposite of what he should in the team, and therefore I believe that he is not in the slightest qualified for the Admin position he is currently in.
  90.
  91. Aaron, as you are the Head Admin, please ask yourself this - if someone you are meant to look up to and rely on as a leader is --in reality-- an unprofessional and unreliable person, would you want that person to keep leading you? Wouldn’t you want there to be a change, a change that can sort out the matters presented? Mod Coordination is a mess - there is hardly any true use to the team, despite it being the largest of them all. But that can change; the team can have a stronger impact and a higher use, as it should. Mod Coord needs a leader capable of making those changes happen, rather than one that only aids to the chaos. This is a need that is incredibly great in size. I am writing this only as I have seen it, and what I have seen - through both my own experiences and analysis of others’ - is that Ishh has proved himself to be an extremely poor Admin.”

  99. After reading these statements about Ishh, your initial response is most likely going to be - “What do you expect us to do?”
  100.
  101. Now, I am not doing this to get him demoted, though I believe it is 100% needed, that’s not my goal today, as it can be fixed, and has the potential to do so. I simply want this to be stopped, to be fixed, and made better for not only our current staff, but for our future staff members. No one should have had to go through the put downs, and difficulty of talking to Ishh; and no one should have to go through it in the future either. Ask yourself - if this wasn’t your server - if this wasn’t your friend; what would you want to happen if you were just another user reading these? What would you want to happen if this was your personal experiences with this particular Admin?
  102.
  103. Mineplex is the biggest server in the world, and we all take pride on that fact, and the main issue with Mineplex recently is that we want our staff to protect our reputation. To not be counted as the server that has rude, disrespectful staff - if that’s what we’re trying to promote, why do you allow this to continue?
