This position is critical to the success of our business. In this position, you will oversee the customer-facing portion of the company. We need someone who will guard the value of our offerings to the customer, whilst also advocating for your employees and ensuring both have the best experience possible. We are looking for a self-starter who prides themselves on tackling large challenges, as well as living and breathing the mantra of “continuous improvement” in relation to processes and procedures.

Knowledge/Experience:
* Experience in IT or Tech management is required.
* Project Management certifications desired.
