Our goal is to provide top-notch IT services to clients at a predictable and reasonable prices. We provide this through endless refinement of our processes, procedures, and tools. We desire that our employees punch above their weight class with automation and in-house tools, empowered by clearly defined processes and procedures.   3. This position is critical to the success of our business. In this position, you will oversee the customer-facing portion of the company. We need someone who will guard the value of our offerings to the customer, whilst also advocating for your employees and ensuring both have the best experience possible. We are looking for a self-starter who prides themselves on tackling large challenges, as well as living and breathing the mantra of “continuous improvement” in relation to processes and procedures.

  6. * Lead, develop, and provide training and coaching opportunities to subordinates.
  7. * Continuously develop new and improved policies and procedures as necessary.
  8. * Ability to keep track of multiple projects and ensure proper follow-through.
  9. * Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an efficient and professional manner.
  10. * Ability and willingness to provide input on new projects, business practices, and policies.
  11. * Desire to provide the best possible experience to customers and employees.
  12. Knowledge/Experience:
  13. * Experience in IT or Tech management is required.
  14. * Project Management certifications desired.
  15. Skills:
  16. * Strong leadership skills.
  17. * Organization, planning, and multi-tasking skills are critical.
  18. * Effective interpersonal and presentation communication skills.
