Dear Master Gunner,

I think it is time that you let someone else find a strategy against Taselak.

I fully acknowledge and congratulate you for your efforts against Sandalak but I think we need new ideas.

I write you this in personal in order to give you the chance to step down with honour and out of your own will.

Sometimes it is better to stop when at the top instead of going down slowly slowly.
