  5. User gains Aura of Presence. Select the Aura of Presence Accuracy or Evasion. Gain that Aura of Presence.

  7. Aura of Presence
  8. Aura of Presence is a Morale effect. Its effects do not function on creatures that are Blind, Deaf, Fainted, or Sleep.

  10. The users Aura of Presence has a radius from the user equal to X-meters where X is the number of Commander features the user has. Aura of Presence has no effect until the user binds AP to enacts effects tied to it. The user may have as many effects active tied to their Aura of Presence as they have AP to bind. Each Aura of Presence effect requires 2 AP to bind and thus, activating three Aura of Presence effects requires 6 AP to be bound. Effects of the users Aura of Presence only effect allies and opponents while they're in the users Aura of Presence.

  13. Allies in the users Aura of Presence gain a +1 bonus to all accuracy checks while opponents in it suffer a -1 penalty to all accuracy checks.
  14. This bonus/penalty increases to 2 when the user has Master Command.

  17. Allies in the users Aura of Presence gain a +1 bonus to all Evasion while opponents in it suffer a -1 penalty to all Evasion.

  26. Each rank gain one of the following Aura of Presence.

  31. Allies in the users Aura of Presence gain a bonus to damage with Physical or Special class attacks equal to the users Command rank while opponents gain a penalty to damage with Physical of Special class attacks equal to the users Command rank.

  33. Resistance
  34. Allies in the users Aura of Presence gain a bonus to Damage Reduction equal to half of the users Command rank while opponents gain a penalty to Damage Reduction equal to half of the users Command rank.
  35. If the users allies do not have Damage Reduction they gain Damage Reduction. If the users opponents do not have Damage Reduction "Resistance" has no effect on them.

  38. Whenever an ally lose any Combat Stage while in the users Aura of Presence reduce the number of Combat Stages lost by 1. Whenever an opponent gains any Combat Stage while in the users Aura of Presence reduce the number of Combat Stages gained by 1 - this can reduce Combat Stages gained to 0.
  39. If the opponent gains Combat Stages to multiple stats at once, IE Work Up, reduce only one of the Combat Stages gained by 1. If an ally loses Combat Stages to multiple stats at once, IE Tickle, reduce only one of the Combat Stages lost by 1.

  42. Whenever an ally suffers percent based damage while in the users Aura of Presence (IE Burn, Curse, Leech Seed, Poison, Sandstorm, etc.) reduce the damage by half (IE if the ally suffered 10 damage, they instead suffer 5). Whenever an opponent suffers percent based damage while in the users Aura of Presence increase the damage by half (IE if the opponent suffered 10 damage, they instead suffer 15).

  45. Allies in the users Aura of Presence gain a +1 bonus to Saves and Skill Checks while opponents in the users Aura of Presence suffer a -1 penalty to Saves and Skill Checks.
  46. This bonus/penalty increases to 2 when the user has Master Command.

  52. Target: A creature in your Aura of Presence
  53. Select first or last. The target acts in the following round as the first to act or last to act.
  54. If first to act Interrupts, Intercepts and Priority cannot occur during their turn.
  55. If last to act the target cannot use perform Priority but may perform Interrupts or Intercepts.

  61. Target: An ally in the users Aura of Presence
  62. The target immediately shifts, as a free action, up to half of their movement capability or instead performs a jump.

  66. Prerequisites: Commander, Adept Command
  67. 1 AP - Free Action
  68. Target: An ally is hit by a physical or special class attack while in the users Aura of Presence or an opponent is hit by an allies physical or special class attack while in the users Aura of Presence
  69. Select an ally in your line of sight in the scene. That ally, as a free action, can shift up to half of their movement capability or instead perform a jump.

  73. Prerequisites: 5 Commander Features, Expert Command
  74. 1 AP - Standard Action
  75. Target: An ally in your Aura of Presence that is in melee range of an opponent
  76. The target, as a free action, performs a combat maneuver against an opponent in their melee range.
