I am writing to give the information you requested in your recent letter.


The ground rent remains unchanged at £7.00 per year paid by 2 instalments of 3.50, Direct Debit.


Our son Adam is a carer for his mother and receives carers allowance.


One change we would like to inform you of, is that we have changed to a lower mortgage rate for the next four years,
which has reduced the amount you need to pay each month to mortgage interest payments.
The new rate is now 2.64%
The new payment amounts commenced in September for 4 years.



I have enclosed photocopies of all the information you may require, including the new reduced interest payments.

We will also contact the relevant department by telephone, but would be grateful if you would send us confirmation
that we have sent you this information .
