 >genji grew up in shanghai, china up until she was 12, her & her family then moved to south korea. genji had an older sister (dailan), who was also korean-chinese. her mother was american & her father was korean. genji was taught both korean & mandarin so moving wasn't a probably language wise. it hadn't really effected genji when they moved, she enjoyed her life in korea rather well.
