  1. Punishments (Without Warnings Need!)

  3. - Using high levels of toxic and abusive language towards players and staff members. This will result in a 3 day ban from all servers.
  4.  
  5. - Breaking the Lr rules (http://www.team-howl.co.uk/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=681). This will result in a 10 minute ban.

  7. - Arguing with staff members. This will result in a 3 day ban.
  8.  
  9. - Being Toxic about the servers, players and staff members. This will result in a 3 day ban.

  11. - Ban evading. This will result in a 1 week IP ban.
  12.  
  13. - Impersonating a staff member. This will result in a 1 week ban.
  14.  
  15. - Racism and racist symbols. This will result in a 3 day ban.

  17. - Freekilling. This will result in a ban. The ban will be determined on the amount of players you freekilled.

  19. - Abusing a map glitch/bug. This will result in a 1 day ban.

  26. Chark Day (This is allowed on jb_coast_v2b only with "Chark The Shark")

  28. Special days can not be specified in game, they have to be suggested in the Jailbreak suggestions
  29. so that staff can discuss the pros and cons of the day so we know whether it is worth adding.

  31. Freeday:
  32. - Having Guns is KOS
  33. - Ts are allowed to do anything they wish, as long as it follows global server rules and does not cause them to become
  34. rebellers. Not following this will result in rebellers becoming KOS.

  36. Joshi Freeday:
  37. - Once a Joshi Freeday has started, you are unable to end it until the next round.
  38. - Ts are allowed to kill CTs without any punishment.
  39. - Ts are allowed to do anything they wish, as long as it follows global server rules.
  40. - CTs are allowed in vents/secrets.

  42. Elimination Day:
  43. - Ts have 5 seconds to hide in cells from the last repeat of "Elimination Day"
  44. - CTs can't kill Ts for attempting to hide
  45. - CTs cannot shoot at Ts if they are hidden/attempting for ANY reason (If this happens it will result in a three round slay.)
  46. - Elimination day is not over until the warden says "Elimination. Day is now over."

  48. Lava Day:
  49. - Ts have 5 seconds to
  50. move off the floor from the last repeat of "Lava Day"
  51. - CTs cannot shoot at Ts if they are off the floor (even if seen on floor previously.)
  52. - Lava day is not over until the warden says "Lava Day is now over."

  54. Warday:
  55. - All T's are automatically classed as rebellers
  56. - CTs can kill anyone they see from the specified area.
  57. - No killing/damaging anyone before you arrive at the specified location
  58. - CTs are allowed in vents/secrets.

  60. Hide and Seek:
  61. - The warden can decide to give Ts anything between 1 to 3 minutes to hide.
  62. - All T's are automatically classed as rebellers
  63. - Killing a CT with a gun will result in a slay for 3 rounds
  64. - Killing a CT before HnS day starts results in a slay
  65. - CTs are allowed in vents/secrets.
  66. - Snitching is slayable for 2 rounds. The warden can allow snitching if they wish.

  71. RULES FOR ALL PLAYERS
  72. USE COMMON SENSE for the rules! If you think something shouldn’t be allowed, don’t do it. Rules can’t cover everything.
  73. Don’t impersonate other people in the community/console.
  74. DON’T BE AN idiot, don’t troll and don’t ruin other people’s fun.
  75. Racism, antisemitism, discrimination and insult fights aren’t tolerated!
  76. Don’t spam (abuse Mic and/or Chat) in any way and avoid talking over warden.
  77. Don’t abuse bugs/glitches (for example, blocking jumprope with redie or going to a place on the map your aren’t supposed to be able to get to).
  78. Don’t lie about something to get a Terrorist killed.
  79. Don’t unnecessarily delay the round too long.
  80. If you’re not a participant in the T’s activity, don’t interfere with it if they are doing the warden’s commands.
  81. Don’t use store items to get to places in the map you’re not meant to be able to get to (eg. Glitching outside the map etc.)
  82. Don't lie to staff members.
  83. Don't spam in anyway.
  84. Don't scream down your microphone.
  85. Don't be offensive to a staff member in anyway.
  86. Don't have an automatic name changer.
  87. Don't ask people to rtv.
  88. Don't camp teleporters during special days
  89. (+) Don't use map features to damage/kill your teammates. E.g. FFA button, Pacman (This should be for all players, not just terrorists so the CTs don't just kill eachother)
  90. (+) Players can't have names that are just symbols or non-English characters
  91. (+) If no commands are given before 14:00, it's a freeday.
  92. (+) If no commands are given before cell doors are open, it's a freeday.
  93. (+) Auto-Bhopping and Scroll-bhopping are classed as the same thing due to the plugin.

  95. RULES FOR COUNTER-TERRORISTS
  96. Only join CT if you:
  97. Have a microphone and staff think you sound mature enough
  98. Are willing to warden
  99. Know the rules
  100. Don’t kill non-rebelling terrorists! Breaking this rule is called freekilling.
  101. (*) Don’t camp in the armory/vent/special room after 14:00 (unless it is a special day.) This is allowed before 14:00.
  102. On special days, don’t go to places Terrorists can’t get to without Counter-Terrorist intervention.
  103. Don’t shoot people without proper reason. Breaking this rule is called freeshooting.
  104. Don’t bait Terrorists.
  105. If you have claimed warden in previous round, give your fellow CT’s a chance to claim warden.
  106. Do not kill T’s for taking the warden’s commands literally.
  107. Don't kill T's on a elimination day if they are trying to hide.
  108. Don't Kill T's if they ask for 'Repeat' on microphone when T microphone is KOS. (If T's spam the command they will be punished).
  109. Can't be CT more than one map in a row. If no one else wants to go CT Join back.
  110. There must be a fair ratio between T's and CT's. 1CT:3T's.
  111. All CT's must enforce the commands given by warden.
  112. Give time for the T's to follow commands.
  113. Do not drop guns with ammo to Terrorists. This is called Gunplanting.
  114. CT's must always check chat after a command, if a T has been killed and asked for a repeat before his death this will be punished, (CHECK THE CHAT FOR REPEATS!!!)
  115. If a T is following the rules set by warden after his surrender do not kill him unless the T rebels again.
  116. The game Shoot or Dont shoot is banned for now.
  117. CTs do not have to accept a custom lr

  119. RULES FOR WARDEN
  120. Give commands through your microphone. You also have to follow the CT rules.
  121. If requested you must repeat your command one time (not per person!). Terrorists abusing this system will be punished.
  122. Don’t order people to do something that is guaranteed to kill them (for example, type kill in console).
  123. Don’t just start special days because you’re losing the round.
  124. The CT team can only call ANY special day ONCE PER MAP!
  125. Any form of favouritism is punishable!
  126. Don't try to trick terrorists using similar-sounding words.
  127. (+) When the warden uses a command word (i.e. go), the command word is everything said by the warden between, "say" and "which is not now."

  129. RULES FOR TERRORISTS
  130. If the warden dies you will follow his commands until someone else takes over.
  131. The last T alive may always perform a last request on rounds when there is no warden present (freedays for instance, exception: warday).
  132. If warden tells you to go somewhere, stay there.
  133. While asking for a repeat and not having gotten it yet, continue doing the previous command. If you didn’t hear the previous command afk freeze where you are while asking for repeat.
  134. Camping in vents/secrets is not tolerated and you will be slain, must be actively trying to kill CTs/rebelling.

  136. LAST-REQUEST RULES
  137. Last requests must be fair for both participants.
  138. If no rules are stated, normal rules apply.
  139. If doing a custom !lr you obey the rules given by the T who is lr'ing.
  140. The CT's cannot restrict any lrs, unless said t has rebelled as they can refuse said lr.
  141. (*) LR rules must be stated immediately after the lr starts. This can be done using mic, even if t mic is kos.
  142. (+) Don't use an LR weapon to kill CTs after the LR has ended
  143.  
  144. GENERAL DEFINITIONS
  145. Armory/Vent/Secret Camp – When a CT stays in the armory for a long period of time. This is not allowed and will be punished.
  146. Rebelling – As a T you can be classed as a rebeller if:
  147. You do not follow warden’s commands.
  148. You enter vents or armory or knife vents.
  149. You have a gun.
  150. You leave cells before told.
  151. You damage CTs without them baiting or it being normal activity allowed by warden.
  152. You rush into CT’s knifing range.
  153. You detour or delay after the warden has given a command.
  154. Normal LR Rules – These are the basic rules for most !lr’s:
  155. Don’t use medic (unless it’s before the LR really starts).
  156. Don’t use !store items that give an advantage (like jetpack, bunnyhop, tracer, laser sight, etc. Depends on the last request game played).
  157. Play the game as it’s meant to be played.
  158. In gun toss, furthest throw from the location said by the terrorist in the direction specified by terrorist, wins.
  159. Don’t start circle of doom in corners, on the edges of platform or in mid-air.
  160. Definitions:
  161. AFK Freeze - You must stand completely still, no freelooking, moving with wasd, jumping, crouching or knifing.
  162. Baiting – Baiting is intentionally going close to terrorists just to tempt them to rebel. T’s are allowed to knife you no matter what (while still following the warden’s commands). If the baiting CT dropped any guns on death they must be immediately dropped, or be classed as a rebeller.
  163. BloodHound - A T is allowed to go towards other T's and snitch on their location.
  164. Freeday - Terrorists are allowed to free roam around the map, can still be classed as rebellers for having guns, going in vents and killing cts.
  165. Freeze - You must stand still, you are allowed to freelook.
  166. Freelooking - You are allowed to look about using your mouse.
  167. Joshi Freeday - Terrorists are allowed to do whatever they want, etc kill cts, use guns. cts can't retailiate.
  168. KOS - Kill on sight.
  169. Knifing Distance/Range - Being close enough to a CT so that you can use your knife on him to inflict damage.
  170. Warday - Terrorists are allowed guns to kill cts in specified areas.
