Havoc Backstory

 Once upon a time, there was an agency.
This agency was called TPPA, or the Pure People Protection act.
The agency was created to protect the pure of heart people so he world could improve.
Now, let me tell you about the Shoguns.
The shoguns were a menacing agency, capable of destroying you financially.
Due to their financial upper hand, they created robots.
They created robots to destroy, to sell, to control.
One day. The shoguns were found.
The TPPA found and destroyed the shoguns, and recovered the robots.
They reprogrammed the robots to protect the pure people of the world.
Now let me tell you about a robot that was orignally named Killbot.
Killbot was not the same as the other robots.
Some robots were designed for combat. Some for merchantry, others for Television
Killbot had a problem
He couldn't listen.
He couldn't listen when his boss told him not to upload the document to the enemy.
He couldn't listen when the nurse told him to hand her the pill that would've saved a life.
He couldn't listen when a soldier told him to shoot the OTHER soldier, not him.
He didn't want to listen when his boss and everyone around him yelled constantly at him
So he ran.
He ran as far and as fast as he can.
Now moving into the present, is a robot that goes by the name Havoc.
