Last time, Team Oak found their way out of the Viidian Forest, obtaining a dying Skitty and a powerful Virizion. They finally break out into Route 3 into sunlight finally. Welcome to the World of Pokémon!
DNA:
"Feels so good to see the sunlight again," Cepheus noted. "And look, I can see Pokemon running about everywhere."

Venec:
Venec switches out his Vulpix for his Growlithe and uses a potion on her.

Venec:

Kia:
Kia smiles as the sun hitss her ace. "Man I thought we would never get out of there." She gives Artemis one last pet before recalling her. " How about a nice rest art?" She recalls Artemis and sends out Vi her Umbreon.
DNA:
Cepheus decided to trade his team out a bit as well; he swapped both Jupiter and Estark for Grace

And, of course, I forget how to transfer tokens.

Venec:
"Hey, Cepheus, I'll pay you for a revive if I can borrow one. "
DNA:
"Take it; it's free of charge."

Danny:
Danny looked at Cepheus. "Can I 'borrow' one, too?"

Venec:
"Ah, thanks!" Venec applied the revive to Layla.
DNA:
Cepheus just shot Danny a stare. "Why?"

Danny:
"I like free stuff."

Layla:
Layla loses 1 hit points.

DNA:

* Grace stretches as she's finally free to move and grow again. She turns to Cepheus and gives him a brief hug before glaring at him.

Larry gave Grace what could be described as a superior glance, although it could just be Larry staring.
* Grace stares implacidly at Larry.

Danny:
"Oh, so cute!" Danny gave Larry a hug.

* Grace begins to try ad climb up Danny.

Kia:
Kia smiled down at Vi. "Goodmorning Vi thought you could use some air. We are almost at Pewter.."

Danny:
Danny made a "wha?" face.
* Vi wiggles against Kia's hand and grins menacingly.

Venec:
Venec looked to Kia. "Hm?" He quickly looked away after he noticed she was talking to her pokemon and tried his best to look casual. "W-well Layla should we get going?"
* Grace finally manages to get atop Danny's back and shoulder as he hugged Larry and placed one foot atop his head, the other on his back and she placed her hands on her hips, triumphantly establishing dominance.

Danny:
"What's Grace doing, Cepheus? You talk its language!"

Danny:
"Oh."

Danny:
"It's hugging me~"
DNA:
"I'm pretty sure she's trying to state that she's better than Larry."

Danny:
Danny hugs Grace back.
* Grace squirms uncomfortably.

Danny dropped Grace on the ground, totally forgotten, as he resumed his hugging of Larry. "Adorable!~"

Kia:
Kia chuckled. "Larry sandwhich?"
* Grace lands on her feet and scurries back to Cepheus.

"Well~" Danny said, looking at Layla and Larry, "let's get to Pewter~"

Danny:
Danny still looked a little beaten and rattled from the forest.
DNA:
"Something the matter, Grace?"

Layla:
Layla walked back to Venec's side.

* Grace nods.
DNA:

"Well, where should we all go first?"

* Grace gives a sagely nod.

Seeing the bridge crowded Venec ran to JUMP ACROSS!
Ramora whispers: I put charmander away, in case you forgot

Kia takes out her pokedex and scans the goldeen and blue fish. "It is so peaceful here...so nice for a change!"

Narrator:
Venec succeeds his amazing leap.

Danny:
Danny eyed the goldeen and made a face. "Ugly."

Layla:
Layla looked sadly over the edge before surrendering to crossing over the bridge.

Kia:
"woah.." Kia just stares in wonder as Venec flies across the bridge.
Ramora whispers: nothing we can say absol though

Narrator:
"Goldeen, the Goldfish Pokémon. Water type. Though it appears very elegant when swimming with fins unfurled, it can jab powerfully with its horn."

Danny:
"I think I saw one of those playing Super Smash Brothers," Danny declared. "They're useless as anything."

Narrator:
"Finneon, the wingfish Pokémon. Water type. The line running down its side can store sunlight. It shines vividly at night."
DNA:
Cepheus tries his best to try and grab the item behind the tree, reaching his arm out or possibly even trying to squeeze past it...
Ramora:
Reaches into his side pounch and throws out a pokeball, releasing absol.

Kia:
"Hmm I bet that is a pretty sight...whagt do you think Vi?"
You whisper to DNA: You obtain TM-H-01.

Venec:
"Hm? Oh."
* Vi nods.

Danny:
"Hey, Larry," Danny said, "you want to relax and have a swim for a bit?"

Layla:
Layla has not yet seen this absol! She goes to greet it.

Larry:
Larry nodded, slowly making his way to the edge of the bridge, and then just... dropping in...

"I thought we were headed for Pewter..."
DNA:
"TM-H-01?" Cepheus wondered. "Let's see what it contains..." he analyzes it.

Larry seemed to move faster in the water, a spring in his feet.

Kia:
Kia noticed that Vennec had replied and blushes. "Sheesh Venec....I changed his name so we wouldn't have this confusion. Unless you want to start be called Vi?" She teased him.

Layla:
Layla whined at absol's disinterest.

Narrator:
As Kia approaches the Honey Tree, buzzing can be heard from me.

Sit's under and tree and sighs, Cirrus laying down next to him. "Well whenever you guys are ready to go, we can go. I'll be sitting here."

Venec laughed a little ,"It's just a reflex, I've been called that before. I'll get over it."

"Oh?" Kia looked back at the honeytree a bit surprised. She holds out her pokedex in an attempt to scan the area.

Danny:
Danny waltzed on over to Cepheus to see where went off to, "Heya. They're doing stuff."

Kia:
"What is your middle name Venec?" Kia asked alightly thoughtful.

Narrator:
"A Honey Tree. Often home to bug Pokémon, typically species of Combee and Beedrill, though Joltik is not uncommon. Other species, such as Aipon and Cherubi have been known to frequent these trees."

Kia:

"ehh joltik???" She takes a few steps back. "If i remember correctly I didn't like the sound of those."

Venec:
"I don't have one." Venec shrugged. "My dad doesn't either. I think my mom does though."

Venec:
"Is it the same one?!"

Danny:
Danny looked around wearily in case that photographer was around.
DNA:
"Cosmic Power, hm? Might come nin handy... Let's see what else can be found."

Danny:
"Do you think that photo kid is back again?"
Ramora whispers: is this a bench?
DNA:
"Do you really think he followed us all this way?"

"I think it was just a general description of the tree....but just in casee.." Kia begins to trudge forward.

Venec rushed over to Kia to make sure nothing was about to attack her. Layla followed.

Danny tagged along.
Ramora:
Finds a bench and lays down on it, covering his eyes from the sun with his arm. "It is peaceful isn't it, Cirrus?"

"No, wait! Me first!"
* Cirrus nods and rests on the bench with Ramora.
DNA:
"Will that child ever learn..." Cepheus muttered to himself.

Danny:
Danny made a "ah-HUH!" gesture, pointing at the sky. "I am the leader!"

Venec tried punching the tree to see if anything fell out.

Cepheus advanced a bit northward, splitting up from the rest of the group, trudging carefully through the grass, trying to stay on its border.

Danny:
Danny and Larry began to roll in the grass.

Danny laughed cheerfully.
Kaorin Sakura:
The group of Rhyhorn stand at attention, glaring in the direction of Danny.

Danny continued to roll around while laughing.
* Combee flies into Venec's head a few times.

The Rhyhorn advance slowly and threateningly.

"I'm not sure if that was a good idea.."Kia watched the creature nervously, but then couldn't help but to chuckle as the creature ran into Venec's head. "What is wrong with it? Was that an attack?"
DNA:
Cepheus glanced off to his left, and noticed Danny frolicking and attracting the attention of some Rhyhorn. "The fool. He's going to get himself killed."
DNA:
"Danny, wake up!" Cepheus yelled.

Danny:
Danny got up, wiping a happy tear from the corner of his eye, noticing the Ryhorb approaching. "Oh." Danny paused. "Why does the world hate me...?"

Danny:
He dashed in the direction of Cepheus.

Venec:
Venec moves his head to let the combee by.
Kaorin Sakura:
The sudden movement causes the Rhyhorn to charge!
Kaorin Sakura:
And begins initiative.

Larry:
Larry stepped backward, slowly, protectively between Danny and the Rhyhorn.
Kaorin Sakura:
If you all could, right click your Trainer and set your initiative to the number that is the speed of your pokemon you have out.
Ramora:
Hearing the yell Ramora jumps up and looks around seeing Cepheus and Danny off to his right. "What's wrong, he yelled back getting up from the bench.

Kia:
Kia turns around as she notices the Rhyhorn's begining to charge Danny and Cepheus. "Oh No!"
DNA:
How do? I don't see the initiative field

Cepheus was walking forward and noticed a few Torchic grazing off to the side. Thinking this could be a valuable addition to the group, he took a slight detour from the path and approached them very slowly and cautiously, making it obvious he didn't mean any harm.
* Ramora points at the black one with white stripes.

Danny:
"Dandy," Danny said, "tell them telepathically that we mean no harm. We just want to pass."
* Dandy nods.
DNA:
Cepheus knelt down at one of them, smiling. "Hello," he said.

The herd seems slightly less defensive but doesn't return to grazing.

Venec:
"Dandy, while you're at it could you tell the blue flamed one that I like it's charisma and wish to recruit it to my team?"
Kaorin Sakura:
The group of sheep and bird pokemon seemed wary of Cepheus' approach but didn't flee.

Danny:
"Thanks Dandy," Danny said, patting her on the back.

"You're so cool! But I'm sad, Dandy. Larry is badly hurt."

"They seem to be used to Humans. Maybe this is right next to the city?"
DNA:
"That's possible. Do you think they understand us?"

Grace:
"All pokemon do. Just what they interpret things as is another story."

"It also seems we're being left behind,Ceph-chan."

Venec began to walk up to the blue Ponyta holding out a small Rabuta Berry.

Danny:
"Should Venec be doing that, Dandy?"

He approached slowly, hoping not to panic it.
* Ponyta pauses and stares at Venec for a moment before leaning down and nuzzling Layla.

Ramora:
"How come you have a brain whenever larry isn't around, Danny?"
DNA:
"I'm aware, but this detour shouldn't take long." Then back to the Torchic, "Would you like to travel with me?"

Layla:
Layla sniffs the ponyta before nuzzling back.

Torchic:
"Chirrrrp?"

Kia:
Following the other's lead Kia walks slowly up to the black and white pokemon on the right. "Hello there..."

Danny:
"Larry is a bad influence on me," Danny replied.

Danny:
"Mama always said that."
* Blitzle smiles up at Kia.

Grace:
"It doesn't understand you. Want me to talk to it?"
DNA:
"If you would be so kind, Grace."
* Ponyta nuzzles Layla affectionately before doing the same to Venec, quickly slurping the berry from his hand and devouring it whole.

Kia:
Kia smiles back at the creatures and slowly extends a hand. "May I pet you? You are a very majestic pokemon."
* Grace paused and stared at the Torchic for a moment. Torchic's expression changed between happiness, horror, fear and determination.

Venec:
Venec tried petting the Ponyta as it ate, with his now empty hand he held out a luxury ball to see how the ponyta would react.
* Blitzle knelt down and leaned its head forward, careful not to prod Kia in the face.
DNA:
"Grace, what are you telling it?"

Grace:
"The truth."
DNA:
"...Specifically what things are you telling it?"

Ramora:
"Can't hurt I guess. Keep your guard up Cirrus."
* Torchic looks up to Cepheus before back at its friends.

Grace:
"What being your ally entails."
* Ramora approaches the blitzle standing by itself.
DNA:
"...And what, according to you, does that entail?"

Grace:
"The death, the fights, the love, the growth, the friends and the travels. Not to mention the dangers and what's to be gained."

Kia:
Kia let out a soft chuckle as she slowly stroked it's head. "Would you by chance like to accompany me, and my friends of course, on our journey? See the world, prehaps get a few battles in?"

Danny:
"Dandy! Tell the smallest one it is adorable!"

Danny:
Points at the Deerling.
DNA:
"...So you're basically telling it the whole story package, sparing no gory details but throwing in all the epic stuff as well?"
* Blitzle pauses before standing up, glancing around and looking back to Kia, tilting its head.
* Ramora kneels beside the Blitzle and picks up some grass, before holding it out for the pokemon to eat or w/e.
* Ponyta looks curiously at the ball before recognizing it and head-butting Venec affectionately.
* Blitzle nudges Ramora playfully.

Kia:
Kia took a few steps back. "Of course if you don't want to that would be fine too. " Kia sheepishly stroked the back of her head.
* Ramora reaches out and pets it's head. "Playful one are you?"

Grace:
"Yes. Everything. It seems to be conflicted though. Give it a moment, or try and convince it yourself if you can."

Venec:
Venec laughed, taking the hit, "Well? What do you say? Come with me on some adventures? I'm an excellent fire pokemon trainer and tough as nails to boot."
DNA:
"Ask it what it's having trouble with."
* Ponyta pauses again but after a moment nods and headbutt him again playfully, willingly nudging the ball and accepting capture.

To which the ball explodes and disappears in light.

Danny:
Danny nodded at Venec. It was true. Venec still looked pristine after all the battles. Danny looked like a pile of beaten up crap.
DNA:

* Blitzle looks up to Kia before noticing its Ponyta friend vanish and its decision was made. It nodded to her.
* Blitzle gives a sly grin before nodding to Ramora.
* Grace looks calmly at the Torchic.

Ramora:
"Looks like you lost a friend."
* Torchic turns its head with a slight, "Hmph."
* Ramora points towards Venec before patting the Bliztle's back. "How would you like to go with him?"

Kia:
"Hmm..are you sure?" She takes out a pokeball. "I will warn you our journey is dangerous, but my team..we are a family and would love to have you in it.."

Grace:
"It says there's no problem. It was worried about how well its friends would do without it, but they can live with him."
* Blitzle nudges the pokeball and accepts a quick capture. The ball instantly beaming up into the sky.
DNA:
Cepheus, not wanting to take Grace's words at face value, set a Poke Ball on the ground in front of it and asked "Is this true?"
* Ramora see's the flash and points to Kia. "Your groups getting rather small.
Kaorin Sakura:
Scratch that, the ball for Kia didn't vanish. Her party size was 5.

Kia:
Kia looks slightly shocked. "That was ...a bit easier than I expected. Lala we have a new friend!"

Cepheus nodded quietly as he picked up the Poke Ball and placed it in its belt (while also thinking of names for the Torchic), and then turned to Grace. "You talking is going to take some getting used to, isn't it?"

* Blitzle frowns as it looks back at its shrinking herd.

Kia feeling almost bad for it looks over at the other deerling closest to her. "You are more than welcomed to join us as well. "

Grace:
"I don't notice anything different. Other than longer arms and legs, feeling taller. Maybe less cute. But I hate the way people looked at me before."

Danny:
Danny presented a PokeBall to the Deerling. "Dandy, tell Deerling that if they want to join their friends, they can!"
* Dandy stares at the Deerling.
DNA:
"How'd they look at you before?"
* Deerling cautiously steps back.

"Okay, it doesn't want to join, I guess," Danny said, smiling and retracting his ball.

Grace:
"Like I was some baby or a toy. Like I was too weak to defend myself and had to be taken care of all the time. It was sickening."

The other Deerling was still looking around, considering its options.

Venec and Layla walked over to Cepheus, making sure he was okay.

Venec:
Layla walked over and sniffed the 'new' talking pokemon.

Kia:
While everyone was talking Kia decided to sneak a look at the egg in her bag. "What do you think lala? Is it close to hatching?"
* Ramora pulls out 3 pokeballs and points blitzle at the flaming horse standing alone. "Wanna go tell your friend?"
DNA:
Cepheus nodded. "Thank you for the compliment."
* Deerling looked over at Dandy who kept nodding at it. He paused for a moment before accepting capture to Danny. The ball almost instantly shot up into the sky.

Danny:
He looked at the other Deerling. "You too."

Danny:
"That way you can stay with your friend."
* Blitzle turned to the remaining Ponyta and Deerling, of which the two quickly shook their head. Blitzle gave a pained sigh, before turning and accepting capture to Ramora. The ball quickly launching into the sky after a click.

Ramora:
"Guess they don't want to go, Danny."
* Lala paused before hugging the egg and smiling, nodding to her.

Danny:
"Oh well," Danny said, putting his ball back. "Try to be nice..."

Danny:
He turned toward the exit. "Time to go, guys!"
* Lala flapped her arms after hugging the egg, a big grin on her face.

Ramora:
"Anyway. I'm headed to the pokemon center, now. See you guys there."
DNA:
"Grace, ready to go?"
* Grace pet Layla absentmindedly.

Danny:
"I'll come too," Danny said, following Ramora.

Kia:
"Hmm?" Kia looked questioning at Lala and smiled. "Do you think it is a flying type then?"

Grace:
"Huh, what? Oh, yeah. Been waiting to."
DNA:
All right. Let's go.

Kia:
Kia zipped her bag up and followed the others.

Venec:
"Aw man, I can't wait for Mount Moon." Venec said as the group walked toward the city in the horizon.
Kia:
"Why is that?" Kia questioned.
Ramora:
"Anyone know where the pokemon center is? I could use a break from walking."
DNA:
"Not sure, but maybe Stratus could find out for us." Cepheus released his Swablu. "Stratus, can you fly around and tell us which way the Center is?"
Grace:
"I sense Humans in a group to the northeast."
DNA:
"The northeast? You think that's a good place to start?"
Venec:
"Isn't it that building way up the road?"
Danny:
We should heal up first. And handle our levels.
DNA:
"It's whatever building has a red roof. Which way is that?"
Ramora:
"This place is huge!!"
Ramora:
"I'm getting agrivated just walking on the road.
Danny:
"Yeah," Danny said, huffing, "which sucks for us beaten up people, I tell ya!"
Ramora:
"Want me to carry you?"
Danny:
"Yeah!"
Venec:
"So much adorable things..." Venec looked at the small pokemon in front of him.
Danny:
Danny relaxed and was carried to safety.
* Buneary twitches its ears and smiles cutely at Venec.
DNA:
Stratus was waiting for them at the roof of the center, looking very pleased with himself. Cepheus nodded and smiled. "Thank you Stratus; you've done well."

Grace:
"This is it, definitely."
DNA:
"The group of humans you sensed is here? Makes sense."

Venec:
Venec hand the bunny his last berry while scanning it.

Grace:
"In the water, south of us."

Venec:
(Bulk berry, does nothing special)
* Ramora carries danny on his back which looks funny since danny is taller then him.
Kaorin Sakura:
"Buneary, the Rabbit Pokémon. Normal type. Its ears are always rolled up. They can be forcefully extended to shatter even a large boulder."
DNA:
"In the water, south of us? What, are they people in a river?"
DNA:

* Buneary happily accepts the berry and eats it with an 'omnomnom' sound.

Grace:
"Yes, from what I can tell."
Kaorin Sakura:
The Pokémon Center doors slide open for the group, quickly welcoming all inside.

Venec:
Hoping the strategy will work twice, Venec held out a pokeball as if offering.
Danny:
Danny hobbles to the front, looking like he'd just been trodden on by a bunch of Rhyhorns.
* Ramora drops danny on the floor as soon as he steps inside. "We're here."
DNA:
"Time to get rested. I'm sure we're all exhausted from the trek."
Kaorin Sakura:
You are hit with the familiar scent of medicine and exceptional clean atmosphere. Few people were sitting around, lounging, watching t.v. or purchasing from the shop. The familiar sound of a light voice washes over you from the counter, "Hello, welcome to the Pokémon Center, how can I help you?"
Kaorin Sakura:
Aaaaaand, session close.
DNA:
inb4 it's young joy at the counter

Danny:
