Responsibilities:

    Work with cross functional teams to implement new features and integrate application software with the hardware platform.
    Evaluate hardware and make recommendations on hardware configuration.
    Identify weaknesses in Cleversafe hardware and identify fixes.
    Assist and resolve Cleversafe hardware and OEM issues.
    Interface with sales teams, customers and partners to negotiate optimal solutions.


Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree
    At least 5 years of programming experience with Python, Bash, C/C++,
    At least 5 years of experience with server prototype testing and development including evaluating new components, identifying defects in new components, as well as isolating firmware, software, hardware issues
    Working knowledge of Linux including strong command line skills and troubleshooting /debugging methodologies
    Kernel interfaces including sysfs, procfs, ioctls, and CLI tools
    Kernel subsystems including SCSI layer, and device drivers
    Hardware including SATA, SAS, SCSI, ATA, SES, IPMI, DMI, and X86 architecture



Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

    At least 5 years of programming experience with Python, Bash, C/C++
    At least 5 years of experience with server prototype testing and development including evaluating new components, identifying defects in new components, as well as isolating firmware, software, hardware issues
