<JEWS> even if homor has an ulterior motive, which i doubt because he isn't krapple's friend, he's enforcing the only rule /cow/ has

<mib_t48fm6> well from krapples viewpoint i would say it's already topped vegas, seeing as he is suicidal and has asked me personally if i know of any painless suicide methods, but i might be biased
