(1)Like any other league once a coach has drafted a Pokemon nobody else is allowed to draft it.  (2) Coaches are randomized to see who gets to pick first and a snake format is used, for instance the first person to pick a Pokemon in round 1 will be the last person to choose in round 2, and then the 1st person again to pick in round 3.   (3) Coaches are randomized again at the beginning of the UU, RU and NU picks.      (4)The end result is that each coach will have a roster of 3 Pokemon from OU, 3 from UU, 3 from RU and 3 from NU.    (5)Only one Mega Pokemon can be chosen (and is clarified at the end of the draft), and the Mega must correlate with the tier that you picked that Pokemon, for example although Aggron is currently NU you need to draft it in UU to be able to use Mega Aggron.     (6) Between weeks x and y, coaches are allowed to make trades with other coaches, these must be within the same tier so you can't trade an NU mon for an RU mon for example. Trades also can't be made between the same people 2 weeks in a row.     (7) Once every coach has battled each other, the top 4 will go to playoffs.        What's everyone think on these rules
