How this team is supposed to work:

Lead Emboar and Gastrodon. Gastrodon can redirect any water attack, especialy Scalds that get boosted in the field, while Emboar hits hard with nice coverage. At the start I had Scald on Emboar but then I realised that it gets redirected too :P
Torkoal is there to destroy the field and set up the Burning Field! There, Clear Smog gets double power + fire typing. Earth Power is for coverage against rock and electric types that can screw Charizard and Volcanion.
Charizard is the mega, giving sun for the teammates and itself and also be able to destroy the Superheated Field. Although Solarbeam is reduced in Burning Field it still provides good coverage. Air Cutter is there to hit both opponents while Ancientpower is mainly for opposing fire types that want to take advantage of the fields.
Weezing's Levitate help the team with the EQ spam while WoW has perfect accuracy in Burning Field while Clear Smog and Flamethrower gets boosted. Tbolt for coverage against water types.
Volcanion is the ace that hits stupidily hard with nearly perfect coverage! Its Steam Eruption gets nerfed by CharY's sun , but it isn't nerfed in Burning Field and it is buffed in the Supreheated.
