Q: why'd you call it igathon? that name is dumb.
A: Well youre dumb :I seriously though i couldnt think of a better name for it so since its a marathon consisting of entirely castlevania games made by Koji 'IGA' Igarashi

Q: Why?
A: Why not? I was mostly inspired by some of the things on youtube that were asked by igarashi to do a thing to spread awarness of the Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night kickstarter (which you should check out by going to igavania.com if you havent) and i didnt know of anyone who had done something like this on twitch.

Q: How long is this gonna take?
A: Well im not exactly a speedruner of any of these games so it might take awhile especially considering i only have a bit of knowledge of some of the games. specifically the DS games will likely take the longest. I have 6 games on my list so if each one takes one days worth of streaming then it should take about a week. Also consider the fact that im the only one participating in this (unless that somehow changes) so i cant run the stream for 24 straight hours every single day during the about week this will be taking place.

Q: Whats the list of games? How will you be playing each?
A: Well since i lack equipment to stream the devices they all are on originally i will be emulating all of these games. The DS ones will run slow or choppy in places but otherwise everything should go smoothly. As for the list (in order) her ya go

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PS1) - Luck mode for the lols (and cause itll probably take the least amount of time this way)
Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance (GBA) - First playthrough
Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow (GBA) - Not first Playthrough (maybe NG+ if i still have the data)
Dawn of Sorrow - First playthrough
Portait of Ruin - First playthrough
Order of Ecclesia - First playthrough

You'll notice castlevania chronicles is missing from the list. I considered having it but to my knowledge (and what ive looked into) its pretty much a remake or re-imagining of the very first castlevania game. So i ultimately decided to pass on it since its just a remake. If i need to be corrected on that and told that it is in fact not just a remake/re-imagining of the first game then feel free to say something but i wont add it in in the middle of the list. Ill just add an extra day or something to get it played.

Q: Why did you make a FAQ if you havent done this before?
A: I thought up the first few questions that i could and answered them. If i end up answering other questions alot repeatedly ill add it here too.
