Yo guys, Hope this message finds you all well. If you have not noticed...I have changed my name on twitch as well as all my social media to "AbusivePillow7." The reason behind the name change is simply for 2 reasons, 1 it was my original alias back in the day when I gamed and 2 I have never liked the name Nosleeptv.

When I first created this twitch channel at the end of 2012 I played guild wars 2 and streamed with 2 of my friends so because the channel was founded with 3 people, just naming it to my own alias did not make much sense.

Over the years somehow or another, Nosleeptv to me has just become toxic and not in anyway the way I wanted my stream to become. A lot of it quite frankly just was a lot of breaks mixed in with lack of moderation. People have come to know me as this "troll" and therefore think they can troll the shit out of me everyday/talk shit / try to fuck with m y life outside of twitch. I have been burned out because of this for YEARS!

Long story short let me make it clear...this new name change does not change who I am nor does it try to hide anything from the past of being nosleeptv. This name change is meant to click on a switch in mind that has long been dormant. Allow me to focus on producing quality content rather than worried about how people are going to fuck me over.

Its a terrible absolutely terrible feeling as a streamer when you are about to turn on your stream and all you can think about is how people are just gonna trash you all day. It should not be like that.

Moving forward, I am really pumped and amped to bring some new IRL content as well as new ideas and themes that I have never done to my streams.

Anyone who wants to continue talking shit will be banned subbed or not...Anyone who continues to keep bringing up past shit or whine/complains about old stuff will be donezo. If you hate me or my stream then why stay right? simple logic. Its good to remember the past and know where you started but its not good to never move ahead and only dwell on the past.

With that being said know that I am extremely fortunate and lucky for all the continued support over the years. I am aware how much of a risk it was to change names and change branding etc. But in all honesty I am willing to take that chance and rebuild because I quite frankly just can't take the harassment anymore.

I have asked twitch several times over the years for a name change...So to be real...this is nothing new, its more just something that has been long overdue. I don't expect this to be easy and I hope you guys will stand up with me against the harrassment so that ultimately we can have a fun and healthy stream environment like we once did back in the day.

To recap if I wrote too much... Changed my twitch name to my old school name. I am beyond burnt out from overwhelming harassment over the years because I am "nosleeptv" and apparently that means its ok and lastly I am excited for what is to come.

Last thing we do have a sub only discord so please consider joining the community so that you can hang out even when there is not a stream. Always looking for people to game or just chill with so come on in!
