- Now heal (above 70 hp)+setup for big combo (avoids Kiai)
- Combo when he uses Kiai (after changing with Hertz)
- Head toward sand fortress
- Granorg Soldiers: clear the first row; left assault+thunder+power wave will kill one, then finish
- Poison the blue soldier if we have a wing left from the Bram fight
- Clear out the archers, caring to stay above 70 HP (heal with Marco)
- Blue guy weaker to magic than physical, others weak to physical
- Grand Plain, go towards Aht
- Heal before fight (after blue chicken)
- Heal PP if necessary
- Sabertooth: Get a big combo with powerwaves/thunder where possible
- Head back to blockade (dodge the chicken dammit)

- AH1 – Closed Mine
- “Send Scouts”
- Go left, knocking out the goblin as you pass
- After wall, care of goblin
- Left for explosives, use one to blow up the goblin then move the explosive to the right
- Recover using the node
- After cutscene there will be a double wall, move one of the bombs away else both die
- Swap Marco for Roche, going up in room after double wall triggers fight
- Soldiers: Abuse Grave tuck, try to heal if below 60 HP
- AH1 - ???
- Go visit Sonja (grab 1500G chest by going left after gaining control)
- Go visit Raul (F3) (Get Charm, give to Stocke)
- Buy some anti-poison/anti-stone
- Shadow: Push immediately
- Setup huge combo, Might herb on stocke/raynie
- Power waves+attack
- Sandfortress – floor 2; Kiel is on the far left side (maybe heal in bed if needed)
- Now go to historia
- SH1 – Stocke’s Display
- “Abandon the Idea”
- Swap in Aht for Marco
- Go down+left then around mountain to go west, then south exit in next screen
- Go north after cutscenes in south hill
- Wood: go left immediately after cutscene, through cuttable plants (leave right)
- north in next screen, under “log arch”, keep going north
- indent in right wall of this screen
- now head to south hill, next to tree to the right of the grave
- Fumble: Take out mushrooms first (change if necessary to combo)
- Then make a massive combo, aiming for four e. traps to kill
- Kill any extra spawning mushrooms using left/push/trap combo
- Heal where needed
- Dodge sabre tooths and head to forest clearing/granorg
- Grab might herb chest to the right of Heiss’s guy
- Silver mail to raynie/marco
- Sewers: head right for next screen (hug top to dodge the falling thing at the bridge)
- Immediately go down and hit the switch, then come back (along lower path)
- After Bran/Hertz cutscene, run straight across (right top exit)
- Top right on this platform, hit the switch now back to Bran room
- Down right this time, hit switch come back
- Now go down+left, left in the next screen gives vest
- and below that (on the next path) gives 2000
- Take Claire outside (dodging falling guy again)
- Now go along top (have to hit underground worm thing on the way)
- Top left platform is the way out
- Follow the way out into the next room, on this platform go hard left to hit switch then up
- +right to dodge the falling guy (right top exit)
- “Stick to stealth”
- AH1 – The Valkyrie
- Run outside, buy 4 First aids, 4 sleep wings, 3 poison wings, rune spear to raynie
- Bombs:
- F2:Go left, first pillar behind the black space
- Door right of stairs, top left corner near box
- F3: Go left, top left corner of the ‘room’
- F1: Bottom right pillar has an emerald (grab this)
- Right door, top left
- Left room, grab 2000g behind crates
- middle-left at the end of the corridor has a bomb
- Back to Roche on F1 (around back)
- “Prioritize the mission”
- Run up to F3, after second door hug the crate to avoid the trap
- Soldiers: triple sleep wing on soldiers/assassin
- Pick off archers using thunder/thunder/power/power (grappling to first row)
- Then soldiers with same method
- Then combo hard on assassin may need to heal PP
- AH2 – Fall
- [last room of sandfall, on the right is darkshield scroll]

- Wisp blade to marco, leaf ring to marco (on the left behind crates near last door)
- Five Soldier Fight; make sure to save before this!
- Strategy; kill off front two asap with thunder/powerwave/grapple
- alternatively, magic boost/push attack/thunder (etc.)
- x2 grapple mboost thunder kills
- Continue left, dodging soldiers
- “Look for Roche”
- Wall Party: clear out walls with magic (magic boost/heal with marco)
- Use grapple/thunder to clear out center two guys, then worry about the last two
- Go to ‘Allistal offensive’ node, talk to Viola
- Heal on any node
- “I’ll leave it to you”
- After Raul, go to the left room
- Heiss: change until you get 6 power waves lined up, using mana burst if needed
- Does at most 70 damage/turn
- Go visit Sonja’s lab
- Special Forces: Poison wing both, keep them out of the power zone using left/right
- Fire slightly weaker than Power wave, but either works
- AH3 – Despair
- Restock up to four first aids, holy water, x3 healing water, x6 anti-paralytic
- Now hit the node and go to “The Closed Mine”
- AHP – Closed Mine
- Go save the guy from the cave, go to nearest node
- AH1 – a New Mission
- Teach scrolls to Raynie/Marco
- SH2 – How to disappear
- “Stick to Stealth”
- Head left until you get outside Eruca’s room
- On the outside, bottom left has a 2000G chest, proceed north
- Soldier Fight – Hope no one dies at the start, turn break the soldiers (last three)
- Right/Right/Thunder on soldiers (not archers)
- Right/Left/Thunder on soldiers (one should live)
- Now heal/finish fight
- Head back to sewer entrance
- [get cocktail dress from library on left?]
- SH3 – Resolve
- Talk to will next to the bar
- Run through Gran Plain to Cornet Village, don’t waste time blowing up the passage
- Grab the sprig ring by blowing up the boulders (give raynie)
- Soldiers – Get a 5-6 combo, magic boost/push them around and kill with thunder
- Head towards spring, get power down plus from chest w/ 2 assassins in room
- Heal up Stocke before talking to Aht, Equip Aht with both rings!!
- “Deal with the fire”
- Roche: Push Assault first, then poison wing until poisoned
- Change until Roche at around 1/3 health, then spam fire
- Prologue – The Beginning
- Warp to the very start of the game.. talk to Sonja
- Join the Roche Brigade and clear out all off the offices for loot
- Then go to AH3
- AH3 – Beastkind Forest [Gafkta needs to have full mana burst by the end]
- Go north to Roche, heal if needed
- Buy Reinforced Cape for Aht,
- Second screen of Lazvil – Rune Claw on left, equip and Breeze armlet to Aht
- Grab healing herbs from behind the bushes (use invis as you go up!)
- Head towards south crates in Lazvil
- Forest Bear – hope Aht doesn’t die T1
- Kill one mushroom T1 and use Polaris ASAP (attack/attack does it)
- Maintain one mushroom as best possible
- Work to get 4 E traps in one combo off on the bear, using healing herb if power shot
- Go talk to Roche, then Vamoss in the inn
- Talk to Vamoss here to activate cape side quest
- Grab 2 mana crystals on top level of first ward (and anti-para’s if you forgot)
- 2000g in 2nd Ward top left of the top
- After Hugo’s speech, swap out Aht for Raynie
- X3 Shadow: Use left/right to stack the first guys then use poison break+gaftka atk
- rinse and repeat!
- Recover after the fight
- Buy 2 sleep wings on the way out (topping up first aids if needed)
- Add marco to the party
- Wisp blade to Stocke, rings to marco, breeze armlet to Gaftka
- Auto-Defenders: Grapple both soldiers then use sleep on them
- Once they’re out, use physical attacks on one of the defenders until its dead
- Repeat for second, then set up a massive combo for the remaining soldiers (10 prob)
- Talk to Roche/Barranca
- “Nominate Roche”
- Roche: Poison wing and work a combo until cutscene, then attack!
- AH4 – Bad News
- Buy 5 poison wings, top up first aid to 6
- Give rings back to Aht
- Warp to “death of a friend”
- SH3 – Death of a Friend
- Check the east side for 2000G
- Deal with the fire
- SH4 – Friendship [Aht/Stocke needs to have full mana burn by the end of this]
- Gladiator – change/heal until he moves to first row, then poison wing him
- Push, then change/heal at less than 70 hp
- Kill when within death range (5 powers from front at half health)
- Garland – Poison, change+heal
- Heal when below 100 hp
- Use fire to hurt him when he uses warrior dominance
- When he dips below half HP he’ll use warrior spirit
- Need 6/7 fires from half to kill (6 will force W spirit, then kill next turn)
- Room on right has 4 first aids, head towards bar (north), healing on the way out
- Immediately east is a hidden chest
- Moves blocks on the left after you leave to get healing fruit and tea
- Buy two magic herbs before entering the bar
- Bodyguard: Change so that you set up an 8 combo, then turn break to get a 10 combo
- Right, Air+Power x2, E. Trap x5
- Use a magic herb if only get 9 combo, if bodyguard gets double turn then gg
- Go to Garland’s area, talk to the guy under the left firepost
- “I Got it”
- Grab feather armlet (behind two layers of wall)
- Trial Fight 1: kill the Lizard by using traps/push
- Combo the soldiers (four turns, right trap left trap)
- Combo the archers
- Give emerald to Aht
- Trial Fight 2: Poison Bram, Push back
- Poison Hertz, push back (maybe heal if needed)
- Now focus down hertz with traps until dead
- Then combo bran (3 traps) to end the fight
- Trial fight 3: “Stop Aht”
- Go to “Celestian War”
- AH4 – Celestian War
- Heal up, buy custom knife for Aht (?Use Rhapsody?), buy healing item (3-4 h. Herb, first aid)
- Equip Madre Blade to Stocke, Feather Armlet to Gaftka
- Thaumatec Machine:
- Lightening Hammer+Lucky breath to open
- Change Stocke w/ Machine (so machine goes twice)
- After he summons float again, change with machine again
- Lightening Fist to clear out bombs
- Turn break to remove any machine turns
- Magic herb+mushin on Aht
- Then combo to death (using air attack to maximise combo)
- Talk to Raul, “Team up with Forgia”
- Buy 14 or so Healing Herbs, 7 or so First Aids
- SH4 – Chi-Clad warrior
- “Stop Aht”
- Gold Shell Gadeff: change to get a 4 combo,
- poison wing+push immediately, and then steal
- Keep stealing/healing until you have both items and then trap/push to finish
- Use guard the turn AFTER he charges up
- Talk to guy under fire post again, then guy blocking prison
- Grab Eruca after cutscene, give big rings to Raynie, seed to Marco (Raynie/Marco party)
- Heal on the node
- Hell Spider: Poison break, guard boost (raynie), magic herb/magic boost raynie
- Be on the lookout for double hell turns, change these to live
- Death Grind:x2 healing herbs, frost
- Anything else: heal with stocke, m. boost unless both stocke/raynie are buffed
- if buffed, fire/frost and heal with marco
- Use the healing fruit if in a really really bad situation.
- Use turn breaks!
- SH5 – Victory
- Head to Garland – “Lead the Way”
- Warp to ‘Desert City Messiah’
- Run south
- Redo what we did before, “Lead the way”
- Ballistae 1 – (bottom left of left screen)
- Use fire on the Ballistae to kill them, then mop up the archers
- Ballistae 2 – mid-left same screen, same strat
- Go back to mid screen, go south to grab explosive then blow up the north/right wall
- Go north in this next screen
- Ballistae 3 – Hard right; same strat but use poison break/physics vs mercenaries
- Ballistae 4 – Straight up along the wall; same strat, same idea
- South to garland, Raynie’s rings to Aht, Aht in party, recover on Node, talk to Garland
- Pallomides – Kill Palo first (orange), magic boost+ electric trap should do around 300
- If Garland goes on healing panel, that’s fine, keep palo off! (pushing off if necessary)
- Once Palo is dead, use a might herb on Stocke and combo him finishing with power w.
- SH6 – Revolution
- Time to get Stocke some skills
- Go left two screens, jump in well get quest and the chest (celestial oils)
- [Pro] The Beginning – Go to weapons shop, talk to kid “Hope”
- [SH1] Messengers News – Top right corner for shade pact
- [SH2] Castle Sewers – Bottom left NPC “The past”
- [SH2] How to disappear – Sewers, left one screen, top left near bars (cloak whole time)
- [AH5] A new alliance -- bottom right NPC “All things”
- grab pact from left under arch
- Go north to Skalla (we want thunderstar!)
- Bottom right of Skalla below merchant is Thunderstar
- Talk to Tarquinn in the bar to get sand sword
- Visit the Inn to open Abyssia
- Restock to 6 herbs, 6 first aid
- Back to the well! (south, left, left)
- Right (blowing up the wall zzz) and right (check top right here for 3000g)
- Abyssia: Down, right, up at the sign, right, up, holff!
- In the screen before going up (up/down fork with bug flying around + hidden panther)
- Barrel is hidden in the trees on the bottom left of the midpoint of the junction
- Move that to the bottom to blow up barrier, get Gaia blade (stock, marco gets stockes old)
- Holff Ruins:
- Cloak as you run down the passage to avoid monkeys, hit switch and progress
- Top right has 4000G, grab it (cloak before going in),
- Continue through door for Snow White, then back to main room
- Now go Up+left exit
- Up+right, stopping by the center of the circle for the Devine pact
- Up in the next room, then left in the room after
- Bottom right exit, then proceed until switch then head back
- Heal on node before heading on
- Shadow Guardian: Stocke/Aht/Marco
- Standard fight; heal where needed (area heal is thx)
- Use bomb/volt star trap (with magic boost?) to kill him
- Pushing to the back row early on makes life easier
- Heal on the node outside, then run back in
- Guardian Spider: Stocke/Aht/Macro ... Tricky fight
- Plan is to setup big combos where you spam dancing death/will o wisp w/ magic boost
- Use turn breaks to do this as well as being mindful of PP (celestial oils are awesome)
- He can OHKO Aht so don’t fuck around with healing, just do it
- Talk to the Gutral; “Wait for the Gutrals”
- [Do we want Aht’s knife? Probably yes?]
- Warp to “The Resistance” [SH3], talk to Will (left guy near bar)
- Warp to “Wounded Otto”
- Warp back to last node on SH
- Protea Guards – set up a 4 combo so that d.death/volt trap can be used to kill guards
- Then do the same for the knights (steal the rook studs?)
- Best to have a turn break to guarantee the combo, can do AH4 up to Skalla before thisx
- AH4 – A new alliance
- “Team up with Forgia”
- Enter Skalla; Enter house on left at back, “send to heavens”
- Abyssia – down right right [through forest] right
- Forgia – immediately go left for 4000g, grab cape from left of main hut, then go in
- AH5 – Trial
- Buy Raynie the bloody armor, and equip the rook stud stolen earlier
- Alistel Soldiers – Rough fight, first priority is to get the officer to the back row
- Get all poisoned asap (teach Raynie Poisoner?)
- Officer is highly resistant to magic, so focus down each soldier at a time
- Will O Wisp/fire/power drives all very good on soldiers
- Once soldiers are down, need to use physical attacks on the officer to kill
- But try to steal the Fidele Epee
- Unfortunately, use mana burst on the officer because mind killer rapes it
- Poison really helps here, as well as the remaining healing items you have
- (topping up to 4 healing herbs/4 first aids might not be a bad idea)
- Talk to Roche – “Yeah I’m Ready”
- Forgia – sell off anything unnecessary (Fidele Epee/Giant Cape is needed)
- Buy Sky Drops x9 [Stocke/Marco/Aht]
- Buy Skull dress
- Buy 5 Healing Fruits, top up first aids
- Talk to Gafka’s master to activate a node so we can come back here in future
- Thaumatomaton – Stocke/Aht/Marco
- Kill off the shields first (should take two hits);
- Power Drive/Healing Fruit or D. Dagger/Might herb or H. Fruit
- Once the shield are down, rest of fight is a joke
- Use Grapple/Volt Star x2 to OHKO Thaumatomaton
- “Bring back now”
- Go to Gran Plain
- Talk to Roche – “Reject the Truce”
- Shadow x3 – Easy fight, Divine light+Volt Star spam
- AH6 – Folly [Want ~2 Turn breaks for Viola]
- Head to Granorg
- Buy healing herbs from item shop & first aid & pp recovery
- Head to underground waterway, go in
- Before bridge to top path, cloak and stayed cloaked until you exit
- Cloak again once on the inside
- Head to library (hidden chest on the right contains mana crystals, get them)
- Heavy Thautomaton: Kill off one of the Stones with a volt trap/left
- Setup for a steal (dancing death x2-3 steal, turn breaking to assist if possible)
- Once stolen, he dies relatively quickly to volt star
- Dias Knights:
- Focus Gold First; volt trap+push+volt trap should kill
- Sapphire next; setup 4 combo – trap+right+right+trap kills
- Dias Knights; setup a 5 combo – bunch together then x3 trap
- Go inside and recover on the node
- Viola; goal is to smash her into two consecutive volt star traps
- To do this first push her left (or right) and poison her
- Turn break viola anytime it is possible
- Change one at a time and heal where needed (don’t fuck around with not healing)
- Then set up a 5 combo (4 is sufficient)- volt star, ddeath, right, right, steal
- Now finish off the defenders! [Big ddeath/pwave combos]
- Go say hi to Eruca in the palace, then to the underground lab!
- B1: grab the superior tea on the right
- B2: Nothing
- B3: Mana cape on right (if need $$?)
- B4: Mythril Mail bottom left (if need $$?)
- B5: On the right there is a switch, hit it
- B6: Move barrels into position, then lure the Thaumatec away
- B7: Barrel on right, same strat as before
- B8: down right is switch, down is celestial dew, left is tourniquet
- B9: Barrels on left/right, lure mid Thauma into explosion on left
- then push right barrel as close as you can, lure away Thauma and stun
- “Draw your sword”
- Kill Hugo easily
- Talk to Fennel, grab blade, warp to Celestian War
- Talk to Elm – “your best friend”
- Back to hugo
- Hugo: Just change until you have a 10 combo setup – needs 4 volt stars to kill
- Steal if you have the chance, but its likely you wont
- AHF – Heiss
- Head for palace
- Stop at Sand Fortress north to farm bees until Raynie is lvl 30
- Then go to SF South
- Literally sell everything that isn’t on Socke/Raynie/Aht at shop
- Buy Arbor ring for Raynie, Grace mail for Raynie, then buy as much heal as possible
- Heal on first node you find in judgement cliff
- Judgement cliff; screen with the boar go north
- Shadow Panther: surprisingly tough fight
- Kill off shadow cubes by using stocke to push them into two volt traps (change raynie)
- After those are dead, push panther back to lower damage and try build volt trap combos
- Gfire holds its own ~200 damage
- Left path for gun for Eruca (if needed?)
- Right path to go down
- Down vines, grab nirvana plate (to sell) then head right
- Down vines, go left, left (ignore vines) to enter cutscene, head north
- go down the vine and grab the shield seed plus x2
- then return back to where cutscene happened and continue left
- Follow the path, go north when possible to grab wing armlet, then right for Heiss cutscene
- Go right, down vines, then down vines
- Heiss: Do not fuck around with double heiss turns
- Turn break Heiss until you’ve cleared out cubes
- Left/Trap/Gfire should kill cubes
- To kill Heiss, get him to the back row and whittle him down with traps/gfire
- Heal anytime you *might* die, as you probably will
- Don’t forget to try and steal his stuff!
- Warp to SH1 – Aht’s Prayer
- Recover on the node, Aht into party, head south
- Heiss II: Kill off the guard asap (magic boost + volt trap almost kills, Gfire to finish)
- Then same idea as before; stay safe, whittling down with traps
- SHF – Ernst
- Grab the Luminous dress (from above) and proceed north
- Floating Blocks – slap them about into traps (combo!)
- Run from the crystal “fights” (healing before if needed)
- This is the time for awkward farming; pick a spot with good drops to max mana break
- I guess Holff ruins is a good spot? If only could get to Otto before Sand Fortress easily...
- Palomedes – need 2 turn breaks, then smash him into traps
- Steal teas from the pure ice’s while killing them with Gfire
- Go grind until Aht learns Area G-Heal.
- Garland – Give Aht King’s Stud for extra survivability
- Basically the plan is to use G-fire to take out the Green things asap (dead fencer helps)
- Aht spams Area G-Heal and Stocke either uses a herb, steals, pushes, whatever is needed
- Overall, if you think you’re going to die, you probably will so stay safe
- Pushing Garland back early on is kinda necessary
- Regenerate once one green thing is down is amazingly useful
- Once Garland is alone, DO NOT KILL HIM, you NEED a combo, push him left/right
- Set up a big Aht combo (need 3 Aht turns; d.dagger, volt trap, volt trap)
- Then kill him in one turn
- THERE IS A LOT OF LUCK INVOLVED IN THIS
- Go buy as many Holy Waters as you possibly can (use Inn to heal imo)
- Hell Spider – ‘easy’ fight
- Aht spams Area G-Heal + Revive (depending on what he did)
- Stocke either helps with healing (as always, safety is good) or uses will o wisp
- Raynie is the primary damage dealer, open with poison break, spam Gfire
- Sometimes Raynie will need to heal, that’s okay, being careful is the most important
- You will eventually get turn breaks, try to avoid using them because we need them later
- Viola – HOOLY SHIT ADSFNALSDJKFNADSF:A
- Stocke needs both wind and air armlets, use Shield Seed Plus first turn
- Use turn break to kill as many of Viola’s turns as possible, except with Stocke
- Firstly, clear out a cube with d.death/gfire/will o wisp
- Then gfire should take out the other one, use another shield seed plus
- Now focus on one of the red things; d.death+dead fencer should kill one, gfire the other
- Keep healing and kill off the other red thing, using power wave/gfire
- Now that viola is alone keep her at the back; you NEED to steal from her
- Attempt to steal from her (ddeath etc) and once you do, set up Volt Traps and kill
- This fight is incredibly luck based.
- Swap in Eruca over Aht for the final fights
- Heiss 3: Set up a massive combo, using divine light liberally
- Need 5 Gfires to kill in one turn, so aim for that
- Make sure to be as close to full HP as possible by the end of the fight
- Apocrypha – hilariously easy
- Shield Seed Plus to open, keep divine light on everyone
- Raynie just spams Gfire – could be worth getting extra magic powders?
- Just set up for massive 9-10 turn combos, healing/rescovering where necessary
- If you ever get into trouble (e.g. near end of 2nd phase) just use another seed shield plus
- Congrats you beat the game 'fast'
