  1. Name: True Power
  2. Effect: Who ever has this ability is damaged as if not affected by their attacker's ability.
  3. Competitive Use: Think of this like a reverse mold breaker. Let's say your fighting a pokemon with adaptability, and they use a move they get stab for (I.E. porygon-z uses tri-attack). If your pokemon has True Power, it's only going to take 1.5 times the damage (because porygon-z gets stab anyway). If a pokemon like Hitmonchan with iron fists uses ice punch on a pokemon with True Power, you'll not take the 1.2x extra damage from iron fists. Other abilities that pokemon with True Power aren't affected by include sheer force, touch claws, reckless, ETC

  5. Name: Potent Toxin
  6. Effect: This pokemon can poison or badly poison any pokemon regardless of ability or type.
  7. Competitive Use: You can now use toxic on poison and steel types. If that wasn't enough, you can also use toxic on things with immunity.

  9. Name: Exploiter
  10. Effect: Super effective moves do 1.5x the damage.
  11. Competitive Use: Just what it sounds like. Makes stall shit it's pants.

  13. Name: Vengeance
  14. Effect: If all other alleys on it's team have fainted, when a pokemon with Vengeance switches in, it's attack, special attack and speed are all automatically boosted by 1.5x.
  15. Competitive Use: For late game sweepers. Scary as hell if you let a pokemon with this ability switch in last, but not unbeatable because it would only be given to very few pokemon who would otherwise have fairly mediocre offensive stats.

  17. Name: Terrify
  18. Effect: Any enemy pokemon facing a pokemon with this ability will be too scared to use stat-boosting moves.
  19. Competitive Use: Generally used to anger people. This ability is kinda gimmicky so it would only be given to pokemon that were otherwise good on their own.

  21. Name: Unique
  22. Effect: Any enemy pokemon facing a pokemon with this ability can't use moves that are identical to the moves of this pokemon.
  23. Competitive Use: The ability version of imprison. Mainly for defensive mons (let if they both have toxic only the pokemon with unique can use it) but somewhat useful on offensive mons who have a move in their rooster that they're weak to.

  25. Name: Charisma
  26. Effect: This pokemon's nature affects stat growth more then usual.
  27. Competitive Use: Let's say I had a timid nature pokemon with charisma. Their speed would be increased 20% and attack would be decreased 20% as well.
