Q: What is the Super Mario 602 Race?
A:This is a RTA race of the 4 3D Super Mario games, done in their respective 100% categories, for a total run of all 602 stars in the combined games. (SMG is 120, since 242 involves playing the entire game twice, with no differences between playthroughs other than character.) The 4 runs are:
>Super Mario 64 - 120 Stars
>Super Mario Galaxy - 120 Stars
>Super Mario Sunshine - 120 Shines
>Super Mario Galaxy 2 - 242 Stars

Q: When is it?
A: It will take place at somepoint before the end of the year, a date is being decided among the runners, and we should be able to settle on one very soon.

Q: Who is racing?
A: See bombch.us/giU for the list of people signed up for the race!

Q: How can I see how people are doing?
A: If you go to twitch.tv/602race you can see the stars and games that the top-5 people are currently on, and also see the star counts for everyone (2 different scenes on the stream)

Q: How long do you expect to take?
A: Honestly I don't know. Last time took me just under 26 hours, I'll be doing some practice up until the race takes place, aiming to improve my time overall is the goal, but I'm more out of practice than I was last time, so we'll see. I'm aiming for sub-25 hours this time, especially since I know more about how I respond to lack of sleep this time around lol
