**Cooler:** BNIB preferred, 240mm name brand AIO watercooler - under $85

**Motherboard:** Gigabyte or Asus preferred, X99 motherboard, needs M.2 that's about it - under $165

**Ram:** 4x4gb 2133+ ddr4 - under $90

**Storage:** Samsung SM951 256GB M.2 - under $175

**GPU:** Non-ref preferred, any 980 Ti - under $625

**Case:** No one is shipping me a case, let's talk if you're local Portland/Salem although I'll probably get a Source 210 for now until I can splurge on something like a Phantex or Fractal premium case.

**PSU:** 750W 80+ Gold with silent fan mode - under $80
