Why's uono a S.O without token?  It states in the description that you (captain) and other S.O's choose from the current F.O's. And why is Senpirate getting flag royalty status? He just joined? What about Loyal members like me and rocket?
Bust my ass grinding for 3 days, probably annoyed you from asking all the time, you always stated "no exception, get the token for your promotion" then others come in and have it handed to them without it?

If you look at SO promotions, they have been founders or out of the flag moves. SO's don't need to know how to token, or anything - and it's because of this I stopped TGC bringing a scummy alt accross as our SO. I know you work hard, hell I know you work harder than a lot of the runts out there and it hasn't gone unnoticed. You're a bloody good FO Rhetts and I know it took you a lot to come here. I have an SO vacancy and you needed to apply. Ouno was nominated by me, bet and flop for exceptional service to the flag. How I mean this is if i need 5000 fine rum, or money from sales for 5000 fine rum in cade situation, then ouno would fulfil this duty. Ouno is also now the most competitive player on admiral. He's got his status. We recognised that achievement. Rocketa got put forward by the monarch for SO, which is not how it works (you have to be nominated by and SO or me) Ouno was voted in by the others - beyond my control I only have 1 vote. Rocketa I feel is not SO quality yet, he will be but not yet. I spent along time in Candle as an FO battling it out watching alt by alt fly pass me. I killed that flag by leaving. Another thing is dormancy, it will happen one of my SOs will go dormant and hell there are three demotions happening this week. Senpirate is not royal in anyway he's been given TM this is due to his input in my decision with het and Annabelle to conclude our time with TGC.
My advice? If you want to become SO you need to win votes off Flop, me, Puma, Ouno, Anna, Gribeau and Het. Seen as though we have a case soon, better make that fast. Also notice that if you won all those names over you couldn't lose.
