The Aroma League Competitive Academy Suggestion

          With the continuing presence of newcomer battlers in the league I have devised a plan to help them out where they need it and again this is an idea and I will run it all if im allowed to do so.

      Upon entering the league and becoming a gym trainer, If the person is not fluent in the competitive meta or they just need a refresh or a start at competitive battling this 5 part system can help to the fullest extent.

     This will start at the beginner level and go onto advanced concepts. This will being with fundamentals this includes knowing the pokemons types, What they are super effective against, What they resist, and finally the weakness aspect of it. Included in the fundamentals is battle items, Ivs and Evs, What a pokemons general roll on a team is and the seperate playstyles that go into competitive pokemon.

    In pokemon there are three things that are critical to the development of any player Knowledge, Awareness, And skill. This academy will focus on that and will start beginning players in the basics category and move onto more advanced techniques all the way up until they can read the opponent like an open book.

   I will start the players out with going over basic pokemon concepts and building up their knowledge about the game keeping it level at the basics and slowly moving onto more advanced techniques. I will then move onto awareness and skill these tie together very well and take into account your knowledge in battle which with time will be second nature you need to have awareness at team preview, all the way through a game, And all the way too the last second of the game until you win. Skill also ties into how well you do all of these things and how you perform. How to predict, Going over team preview, Discussing leads, How to make a game plan, All the way up to how to position your pokemon in a battle.

    The academy will have a ranking system it starts at D and goes up until it passes A and reaches S at that point the person will be considered graduated. If you guys like this idea I will make a ruleset behind it and we can implement it into the league this is just a small example of what i want to do with this. Please give me your thoughts.
