  11. 1. Respect other players (This applies to mods towards other players as well)<br />
  12. 2. Do not abuse any exploits or glitches (Report them to a moderator)<br />
  13. 3. Do not randomly kill a player (RDM)<br />
  14. 3A. If you are killed in crossfire, this is not considered RDM<br />
  15. 4. Do not spam anything (voice/chat/props)<br />
  16. 5. Racism and profanity are permitted in IC chat (This is the internet)<br />
  17. 5A. Racism is not permitted in OOC<br />
  18. 6. Do not randomly attack or interfere with a player for no reason<br />
  19. 6A. Do not RANDOMLY body block another player<br />
  20. 7. Do not intentionally attempt to get wanted <span title="Examples of situations that would be getting yourself intentionally wanted (Not a complete list)
  21. A. Mugging a Reich official
  22. B. Sending a 911 call stating there are people with guns at a location when it is you or your group waiting to kill the nazis that show up
  23. C. Having your gun out on public property for no reason
  24. D. Textscreens such as guns sold here">[i]</span><br />
  25. 7A. Baiting Reich officials in any form is not permitted this includes using 911 or /advert in a way which would tell them you are breaking laws<br />
  26. 8. Weapons and printers are always illegal<br />
  27. 9. Do not abuse your powers (Voting/Demoting)<br />
  28. 10. Kill on Sight Areas/Signs are not permitted<br />
  29. 11. You do NOT need to advert /raid before raiding a building<br />
  30. 12. Checkpoints (Gates to "countries" or "embassies", etc) can be blown up if you are raiding the organization/group that owns it/the Reich<br />
  31. 12A. Reich officials can make it AOS to run through checkpoints with permission from the Fuhrer<br />
  32. 13. You must enter the building you are raiding. (You cannot stand from afar sniping/launching a rocket at people going in/out you must make an attempt to enter the building within a reasonable time)<br />
  33. 14. Selling your job is not permitted<br />
  34. 15. 25% is not considered a high tax rate (Above 25% is considered a high tax rate)<br />
  35. 16. Anyone attempting to kill/kidnap the Fuhrer must make him aware of the issue you have via /advert <span title="Examples of issues you could have with the Fuhrer (Not a complete list)
  36. A. High taxes
  37. B. If he has non-default laws which negatively affect you">[i]</span><br />
  38. 16A. You must also give the Fuhrer ample time to respond to that issue (~2-3 Minutes)<br />
  39. 16B. All members of a group must advert, not just the leader<br />
  40. 17. You are allowed to jailbreak but only for a friend in jail and you must advert asking for them to be released before raiding (You must give them 30 seconds to release them before raiding)<br />
  41. 18. Do not purchase / remain the owner of buildings/doors for an extended period without any use (~ 10 Minutes)<br />
  42. 19. Do not use all Caps in OOC<br />
  43. 20. Do not suicide to avoid an RP Situation or to regain health<br />
  44. 21. Playing music is permitted unless asked to stop<br />
  45. 22. Have an appropriate roleplaying name (No Symbols/Proper first and last name/No profanities)<br />
  46. 23. You cannot roleplay as a Serial Killer, Terrorist, Hitman - this is FailRP<br />
  47. 24. You cannot scam people. (Failure to supply a weapon/service they have paid for/Gambling or roll scams)<br />
  48. 25. You have to wait 3 minutes between mugs and raids<br />
  49. 26. Reasonable amounts for mugging ranges between 2-3000, with reasonable amount of time to respond. (Reasonable time is 15 seconds from when you made the demand)<br />
  50. 26A. You cannot mug someone using C4, any rocket launcher, explosive grenades or a molotov<br />
  51. 27. HeadGlitching / Hitbox Glitching / Hitbox shielding is not permitted<br />
  52. 28. The streets, side walks and beach are all public property and cannot be claimed (Everyone should be able to freely access them)<br />
  53. 29. Selling/Trading In-game currency is prohibited<br />
  54. 30. OOC blackmail/bribing of other players is not allowed (You cannot ask for anything with the offer that if you receive it that you will not report them/post a ban request and vice versa)<br />

  93. 4-3. Prop tunnels and mazes are not permitted<br />
  94. 4-3A. If you force a player to turn more than 3 times to pass an area or it takes a player more than 10 seconds to get through, then it will be considered a prop maze.<br />
  95. 4-3B. If a crouch entrance is longer than 3 seconds to pass (without broken legs/being arrested), then it will be considered as a prop tunnel.<br />
  96. 4-3C. You can have multiple crouch entrances in a row but the total time to get through all of them cannot exceed the 3 second limit<br />
  97. 4-4. Invisible / Dark / Hard to see entrances are not permitted<br />
  98. 4-5. You are not permitted to nocolide a prop to use as a shield<br />
  99. 4-6. You may spawn a prop RP'ly to use as cover<br />
  100. 4-7. Do not propblock connecting tunnels / main roads / Underground<br />
  101. 4-8. Fire Patrols may prop climb to reach fires at a high distance<br />
  102. 4-9. Defenses need to be visible<br />

  109. 5-1. You must have a warrant to enter a person's property unless you have the owner's permission<br />
  110. 5-2. You are permitted to search any person on public property (streets)<br />
  111. 5-3. If a player has broken the law or is wanted you must arrest them unless they pose a threat to you (Draw a weapon/Are wanted for murder)<br />
  112. 5-4. You cannot possess Printers/Illegal Items (Excluding weapons)<br />
  113. 5-4A. You must destroy illegal printers, weapons tables must be confiscated and held in the Reich (They cannot be used), you are permitted to pillage org printers to remove them<br />
  114. 5-5. You cannot purchase a weapon from an illegal dealer<br />
  115. 5-6. Do not warrant/want someone without a valid reason<br />
  116. 5-7. Do not randomly arrest a player without a valid reason<br />
  117. 5-8. KOS'ing during a lockdown is not permitted<br />
  118. 5-9. You cannot demote a subordinate without a valid reason<br />
  119. 5-10. Germans cannot allow the Resistance to raid the Reich Treasury freely<br />
  120. 5-11. You cannot warrant a person's home solely on suspicion<br />
  121. 5-12. You cannot kill a person to teleport them to jail.<br />
  122. 5-13. Setting places on fire intentionally as a Reich Official is highly bannable<br />
  123. 5-14. Fire Patrols cannot set places on fire for any reason including Training<br />
  124. 5-15. During Martial Law you must give adequate time for people to return to their homes (~1-2 Minutes)<br />
  125. 5-16. War is not permitted between Reich and resistance<br />
  126. 5-17. You are not allowed to RP as a corrupt reich official<br />
  127. 5-18. Reich officials are not allowed to wear disguises (Excluding Gestapos)<br />

  129. Gestapo Rules:<br />
  130. 5-19. Gestapo's cannot run around in useless disguises (Ex. Winter uniforms) <span title="Gestapo's are permitted to use such disguises if the base they are trying to infiltrate is also wearing these disguises">[i]</span><br />
  131. 5-20. Gestapo Agents cannot randomly infiltrate a base without a proper reason<br />
  132. 5-21. Do not openly run around with your weapon/battering ram/handcuffs out blowing your cover-this is FailRP<br />

  134. German Supplier Rules:<br />
  135. 5-22. German Supplier can only sell to Reich Officials<br />
  136. 5-23. The Fuhrer can demote you for selling weapons at very high prices (Over 2x the listed price in the F4 menu)<br />
  137. 5-24. The german supplier can not raid<br />

  139. Prison Guard Rules:<br />
  140. 5-25. Only the prison guard can take bail unless there is no prison guard in which case any Wehrmacht, SS or WSS can take bail<br />
  141. 5-26. You are allowed to execute prisoners that have committed a capital crime such as murder of a reich official or starting a rebellion against the Fuhrer<br />
  142. 5-26A. You must get permission from the Fuhrer to execute them<br />
  143. 5-27. You must stay inside the prison unless the Reich is being raided at which point you can go to defend<br />
  144. <br />
  145. Reich APC Rules:<br />
  146. 5-28. Do not intentionally car deathmatch players - You must slow down/stop<br />
  147. 5-29. Do not take the APC out on patrols - used only for lockdowns / firefights<br />
  148. <br />
  149. Reich Scientist Rules:<br />
  150. 5-30. You must have a player's permission to use the thundergun on them<br />
  151. 5-31. You must ensure no other players will be affected when you fire the thundergun<br />
