  23. Moves
  24. ========
  25. - Hydro Pump hits hard, especially under rain, though Surf can be used if you're concerned about a Hydro Pump miss.
  26. - Sludge Bomb hits grass-types and Spritzee, a common wall, very hard.
  27. - Earth Power severely hurts or KOs most Pawniard.
  28. - Hidden Power Electric hits bulky waters for some damage; they would normally wall Tympole.
  29. - Rain Dance can be used to support the team or sweep on your own.
  30.
  31. Set Details
  32. ========
  33. - EV spread maximizes Special Attack while still getting 16 speed outside of rain; the remainder is put into defense.
  34. - An alternate spread of 36 Def / 196 SpA / 36 SpD / 236 Spe should be used if not using Hidden Power.
  35. - Life Orb maximizes power, and the IVs minimize recoil.
  36. - Swift Swim gives Tympole incredible speed in the rain.
  37.
  38. Usage Tips
  39. ========
  40. - Set up Rain
  41. - Bring Tympole in, preferable near the middle or end of the game, when checks and counters have been weakened.
  42. - Sweep.
  43.
  44. Team Options (good job here!!! I just formatted it)
  45. ========
  46. - Voltorb can serve as a suicide rain setter, letting Tympole come in and sweep for 7 turns.
  47. - Fighting types such as Mienfoo and Meditite can pick off Munchlax and Ferroseed, two common Pokemon that wall Tympole.
  48. - Bronzor can set up rain and stealth rocks, which is always a big help.
  49.
  50. Other Options
  51. ########
  52.
  53. - Sub + 3 Attacks, but Tympole can't force many switches.
  54. - Hydration + Rest, but alas, Tympole is frail.
  55. - Sludge Wave over Sludge Bomb for a tiny bit more power.
  56. - Hidden Power Fighting for Munchlax and Ferroseed.
  57.
  58. Checks & Counters
