- Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
- Launching via Galaxy or Galaxy created desktop shortcut will not lunch the game, it crashes on launch. It appears to try and run Crysis64.exe
- Lauching Crysis.exe from either the Bin32 or Bin64 folder enables it to run.
- After sucessfully running Crysis.exe I switched to windowed mode.
- Originally, GOG had both "Disable Visual Themes" and "Disable Desktop Composition" ticked by default. I turned them off, and the game's Crysis.exe file still ran fine.
- Now, when running Crysis via Galaxy or a Galaxy created shortcut, it runs the Crysis64.exe file again, only this time it works. It works in windowed mode, with no visual themes or desktop composition disabled.
