CyberBullying

I feel extreme discontent towards the actions done by certain individuals on the server supposedly naming itself ‘RCG City Life’ The server operating on the IP 76.108.197.49 has continsuly bullied me. 1. Warning was given for using an alarm I am told to use in the event of an emergency by a recurring message. 2. Needed assistance from someone else in the police force or equivalent /alarm is . 3. No rules in /rules and on the forums at time of 21:00 GMT 01/09/2015 say that it is an offence to misuse the /alarm command. 4. Warning caused personal pain and I feel harassed by someone by the ‘Max 12’. 5. I now feel I cannot use my computer again as I might get another warning though the form of internet. After consulting the local police force I have determined that I have been a victim of an act called ‘CyberBullying’ and I now seek help in apprehending this ‘Max 12’ and his assistant ‘zzqqzz’.
