  76. 14 - Verbal Indiscretion
  77. Any form of verbal communication or activity that exceeds an 'inside voice', such as yelling, screaming (unless for help), speaking any language that is not English, swearing directed at Benefactor officials, etc.

  80. Anything exceeding what is considered as normal walking speed; this includes jogging, sprinting, jumping, crouching, swimming, swinging, or rolling.

  83. The person(s) are in an area they are not allocated to officially, and are suspected to, or have committed an uncivil infraction. EG- A possible hiding place.

  88. 19 - Civil Seclusion Violation
  89. The person(s) are within the personal space, or make one uncomfortable with their behavior.

  91. 27 - Attempted Crime
  92. The person(s), when added on to the end of any other verdict code, implies that they have whole-heartedly attempted to 'go against the machine' or 'fight the power' in their behavior or past acts. This may also imply that they were fully aware of what they were doing was incorrect, and they followed through, insinuating conspiracy.

  94. 28 - Inciting Felony
  95. The person(s) in question are keen to question authority, or seem rebellious at nature. This also covers possible accomplices.

  97. 30 - Improper Function
  98. The person(s) in question are intoxicated by means of alcohol or otherwise.

  100. 51 - Threat Incite
  101. The person(s) seem to be out of touch, or quirky. This is used to say the person in question is threateningly unpredictable.

  103. 51b - Threat to Property
  104. Anything that a person has done which has damaged, or could damage do damage in future, in terms of the streets, buildings. This may also be tagged to someone who uses a grenade in the wrong place at the wrong time.

  106. 63 - Criminal Trespass
  107. Similar in fashion to 603, 63 is when an individual is seen or within an area that is deemed "off-limits" - this could mean that the individual in question may have broken into a given area.

  109. 65E - Exclusive Civil Onset
  110. The citizen has engaged with physical contact, in any form which is not appropriate, with his or herself.

  112. 69 - Possession of Resources
  113. The citizen is in possession of something they should not have.

  115. 94 - Weapon
  116. The person(s) are in possession of anything which could be utilized to easily kill another person.

  118. 95 - Illegal Carrying
  119. The person(s) are in possession of something they most likely shouldn't have, if they were sane or going about their daily business.

  121. 99 - Reckless Operation
  122. The person(s) have done their job incorrectly, or done anything out of the ordinary which has resulted in failure on their behalf.

  124. 148 - Resisting Arrest/Pacification
  125. Any form of resistance whatsoever.

  127. 243 - Assault on Unit
  128. Any form of attack, assault, physical discrepancy aimed towards a member of Civil Protection.
  129.  
  130. 404 - Undisclosed/Unreachable Location (for Dispatch)
  131. Usually used to signal that an area the Protection Team are speaking of, or are inside, is not scanned by Dispatch, or would be difficult for any Airwatch to get inside.

  133. 408 - Civil Incursion
  134. The citizen has engaged with physical contact, in the form of aggression, with another citizen.

  136. 415 - Civic Disunity
  137. Any crime which has been performed, and has resulted in the loss of life, resources, or has wasted authority's time and efforts.

  139. 415B - Suspicious Person(s)
  140. Any person who is suspicious and could cause problems, or should be noted by others.
  141.  
  142. 505 - Evading Protection Team
  143. The person(s) in question has committed a crime and is actively trying to escape prosecution.
  144.  
  145. 507 - Public Non-Compliance
  146. The person has committed any crime out in the open, for others to witness.
  147.  
  148. 603 - Unlawful Entry
  149. The person is in an area which is restricted.
