- As I mentioned earlier, I'd love your help to create five (5) target consumer ecosystem boards. The goal is to illustrate in an 11 x 17 board a sense of the target consumers for the project we're working on.
- This current project really focuses on these people as workers, so while their target profiles includes information about their families, housing, kids, hobbies, etc. I'd definitely like to see elements of their workplace and work life take up about 50% or more of the board. I'm attaching the full narrative for each person (draft form) so you can read through and get a sense of all that we're trying to show in the Board.
- I'm attaching a sample board that we did for Ravenswood so you can see what these things should look like. And please just use FPO artwork (we won't pay for any stock since we'll need so many images and this is just an internal piece that never gets published).
- Couple of overall notes:
- Please place the AMU logo (attached) in the lower righthand corner and the H5M logo (white version) in the lower lefthand corner.
- Please include a small line of text (in white) at the very bottom in the center that reads " © 2016. High Five Marketing, Inc. All rights reserved. Not For Distribution or Publication." (small legalize size font)
- Include the persona's name on the board -- you can choose where these go, but let' make sure they are in the same spot for all five boards and that they are large enough to easily see (the same size as Jeremy here or even a little bit bigger)
- Couple of notes for each board below.
- Emily:
- Make sure to include a picture that signifies Washington DC
- Have a picture of a team meeting featuring a variety of people but with a young woman (Emily) talking
- Include an image from GlobalGiving (showcasing the nonprofit element) with the company logo over it (very small) (https://www.globalgiving.org/)
- Show a young woman (Emily) problem solving and/or multi-tasking
- Include technology - Instagram, iPhone, LinkedIn logo
- Include girls out type imagery, maybe even with Uber somehow worked in
- Include hobbies -- running, travel, concerts, Scandal
- This girl is Gen Y, not super hipster but trendy and cute
- Matthew:
- Include images of a very hip co-working location -- http://www.industrydenver.com/, http://www.wework.com
- Include product design sketches from http://loophole.co/ and the HYBR project
- Include biking to work
- Include denver downtown image (LoDo neighorhood or something that looks pretty hipster)
- Technology: iPhone with tons of apps, iWatch, iPad with movies on it, sleek!
- This guy is a total hipster, tech guy, and had an outdoor vibe more than a nerd vibe
- Jennifer:
- Mom, 2 kids
- Dressed sharply for work (it's insurance, so it's a really modern suit)
- More traditional office environment - office tower, cubes and offices
- Mentoring photo - she's teaching or helping a younger colleague
- Girls weekend in wine country
- Neighborhood shot with adults (mixed) and kids
- Technology: desktop computer at work, Facebook on her phone
- Michael:

- Computer guy but not too nerdy
- Technology office space -- here is where we have him working: http://www.contemporist.com/2014/01/19/cisco-meraki-office-by-studio-oa/
- Network diagrams (tech feel) like -- https://meraki.cisco.com/blog/2014/06/
- Commuting - Caltrain (and reading phone or working on laptop on the train)
- Flywheel cycling --something like this where you see guys. http://tribecacitizen.com/2013/06/10/flywheel-sports-is-coming-to-tribeca/ This place is very competitive (we don't want to make him seem effeminate in any way)
- Men's pickup soccer league
- Karen
- Traditional consulting firm (she's smartly dressed)
- Executive feel to her, very polished
- Show a boardroom like presentation; leading the meeting
- Office is like that of a senior partner
- hobbies -- yoga, Peru trip, Rolling Stones concert, watching TV
- Technology -- desktop email, phone email, desktop facebook
- Okay -- hope that helps give you a start. Let's maybe start with one and make sure we have a good look and feel down and then I think the next four will flow easier. If it helps you, you can also put together a lightbox of images for each person you are thinking about using before placing them into a board (might save time?).
- I'd like to have these boards finished by the end of the week, giving me the following week to incorporate into the final presentation and to print and mount the boards (damn - just gave away all those presentation boards we had in the office! oh well!) Ping me if you have any questions or want more info.
- Thanks,
- Alycen
