Curry Corner - Members Only(#5772RJMU)

	The 'Members Only' area of Curry Corner is all wood paneling, from wall-to-wall, with the real wood grain showing through the lacquer. The floor is also wood paneling, however it is covered in manyplaces by lush comfortable Indian carpets. There is recessed lighting in the ceiling, which is high, naked wooden beams. Around the private dining area is a combination of sturdy mahogany tables with high backed chairs and red cushioned divans against the walls themselves, affording an environment of comfort and repose.

	The center of the private dining area is a large fire pit of earthen brick, carefully built two and a half feet high with a cast iron flue and chain mesh curtain around it to keep the smoke channeled up through a chimney in the roof and protect against any stray sparks. It is warm, but during the warmer times of year the heat is kept very low, and well vented, so that the room does not become stuffy. Still, the fire pit is also used for baking some of the traditional goods by the owners, right in front of guests here, such as the delicious Indian bread known as Naan.

Deil is just settling in with some rice. He did ask the staff if they had seen George recently after he ordered, but he didn't do anything so temerous as suggest they should call him. Maybe they did anyway. Maybe they are told to do so anytime Deil shows up.

Deil is eating his rice with both hands, picking the grains out with his right, holding the box in his healthy left hand. Totally normal hand. He enjoys the rice, savoring each individual grain. He'd eat them one at a time if he could muster up that much self-control.

George hadn't had that rule before but given the recent word that's gotten around he might have made a change. Thus he wanders in after a little bit, long enough that it doesn't seem like he was summoned or came running, and he's met at the door by Avani with a take out container of his own with fried Paneer. Deil is easily spotted and George heads over to his table.

Deil scoots aside enough for George to sit down.

George drops down across from Deil and eats one of his tasty cubes of fried curried cheese.

Deil gives George a nod, but keeps eating, he'll finish the box in silence unless George interrupts.

George will eat a couple morsels of cheese but will talk eventually "Thought you might be coming to see me."

"Here I am." Deil says. "Sooner or later I was going to hear about it. Why now?" He doesn't seem judgmental, just curious.

George chuckles and shrugs "You put out a hit on Chance, how many trained assasins does our community have?"

George shakes his head "There's an investigation open that might result in a kill order but it hasn't wrapped up yet. Ask Yuri about it if you'd like. Plus last I heard what's left of Vanguard's Might was still protecting maybe. I won't stop anyone that does want to help you though, what did he actually do this time anyway?"

George nods and shrugs "I still have to wait for Yuri or whichever Philodox he assigned the case to deliver a verdict. Actually getting a kill order takes a bit. I'm the shooter but I'm not the shot caller."

Deil says, "But you're the one making a case for his removal. He's a spirit. He'll come right back unless you do something more than just shoot him."

George nods "If the word is given we've got ways to make sure but usually exogenic 'spirits' are just as easy to kill as natively fleshy people."

Deil says, "So you still ain't answered my question. Why now? He's been doing the same shit since I got here three years ago. Why is he getting the axe now?"

George frowns "I hadn't heard word one from him for months. Pretty much since Klem left town and I thought he might have left with her. A lot of stuff got let go because he had powerful patrons in the sept and no one wanted to fight them to punish him and by the time I was in a position to do something about it I didn't have any current or actionable offenses to push for an investigation on. Now I do, and just because someone let him get away with bullshit before doesn't mean I will now."

"And his right now bullshit is? I know what he does that pisses me off. What does he do to piss you off?" Deil wants to know, occasionally still putting tiny handfuls of rice into his mouth, like eating tiny tiny popcorn.

George shrugs "It might not even wind up that it was him that did it, Lydia was bumping fuzzies with a weaver tainted willworker. They call em technocrats. She was in here out front with her once and they were having a conversation that told me sure enough someone had breached the veil to this weaver-mage. The Truthcatcher is looking into who done it."

Deil shakes his head. "The Technos have known more shit than they should since Images and Dreams. If this is the one I am thinking of, none of her information was any newer than a year old to begin with." He shifts his bandana on his head and asks: "You know mages can do just about anything they want if they put their mind to it."

George rolls his eyes and gets up "its sounding like you don't actually want him dead, you just want to sit in judgement on why I might. And frankly its none of your damn business. The Truthcatcher or his subordinates will find out who's actually responsible and they'll be dealt with appropriately. Good luck on your own hunt if it really exists."

Deil shrugs. "I had a talk with him last night actually. We cleared the air." He shakes his head. "Sounds like you are playing catchup. Yuri can't find the truth if it were just him and the truth naked in a wet paper bag. I want to know your reasons. You obviously don't think they'll stand up to inspection."

The Island - Clubhouse - Upstairs(#10936RA)

	The upstairs is divided into two wings. A large bathroom complete with jacuzzi tub and a sperate walk-in shower and his and hers sinks sits directly in front of the landing that leads back downstairs. There is a long hallway to the east and another to the west of the landing that leads to each of the different wings. There are a number of rooms leading off of each wing. Presumably private quarters. There is a door at the end of each hallway that leads to a fully stocked laundry room.
