Disclaimer: This video is completely journalistic. I'm reporting on information given to me during an interview. Naturally making a video about a channel 10x the size of mine will bring me a lot of hate. I encourage you to make up your own mind about the situation. I was very careful with this video and what I say in it can either be backed up by documentation or supported by the interviewee. There are two sides to every story; this is the untold side.

Oh wow, what have I gotten myself into? I've just uncovered information about something massive. The information I'm putting out in this video will literally make Kumstar jealous because he missed out on something so incredible. Okay, let me explain. Two weeks ago I promised you guys a video about Venus and her mother Margaret, both joint owners of a youtube channel with over 1 million subscribers. The channel is called 'VenusAngelic'. You may know of the channel because Venus is famous for looking like a human doll as well as being featured on the show 'My Strange Addiction'. So you can already tell this is going to be a bit of a crazy video.

Coincidentally, Margaret Palermo commented on one of my videos defending herself, and of course arguing with some people in the comments section. Most of the comments were attacking her, telling Margaret to kill herself and that she's crazy, you know, the usual stuff. You see, Margaret isn't exactly the most liked person on the internet. Despite the fact that I took shots at Margaret and Venus in my video, I asked for Margerets contact details, which she happily shared. I explained to her that I had written a 2,000 word script for video and that I was about to record it. I decided now that I had direct contact with Margaret, I could get information and make a more accurate video. Now here's the weird part - I live in Tokyo and Margaret just happened to be in Tokyo as well. I offered to meet up with her so I could interview her and get some information. When I told my subscribers this, they weren't too happy and told me she's dangerous, she's a child abuser, she'll manipulate me, she's a liar and I shouldn't meet her under any circumstances. I decided I was feeling lucky and I'd risk my life for the sake of a good video for you guys. What I've discovered was absolutely astounding.

Everything about Venus and the people associated with her is a storm of drama. Everywhere she goes she brings a storm of controversy and drama with her. The drama is mostly around Venus and her mother, things like allegations of abuse - physical and mental, had been thrown around a lot. A lot of the major drama has come from whats happened recently.

While in Korea, in the middle of the night, Venus stole her mothers laptop and ran away from her home to Japan. She then illegally stole the youtube channel by removing her mothers name from it. The 1 million subscriber channel has since been terminated twice for copyright by her own mother, however, it's been recently restored. So lets start with the running away from home part.

Margaret managed the youtube channel. She was in charge of acquiring sponsorships, advertising, tagging, titling videos, coming up with video ideas, make-up and clothing, as well as emails, interviews, social media, filming and editing. Venus was also involved in these, but only on a significantly smaller level. Venus was primarily the face and personality of the channel. They were relatively happy and lived together. Venus relied on Margaret, and Margaret relied on Venus. Youtube was their only source of income and they happily relied on each-other. As it turned out, Venus was planning to remove her mothers ownership from the channel and cut-ties. Venus acted like everything was fine and going well while plotting to abandon her mother.

In February they renewed their student visas to stay in Korea, then they signed with the network Fullscreen and received a 10 thousand dollar signing bonus. Margaret gave Venus the 10 thousand dollars, which was exactly what she was waiting for so she could runaway. Just 3 days after having renewed their Korean visas, Venus left secretly in the middle of the night. Venus stole her mothers laptop and flew to Japan to live with a guy called Manaki. This is where it gets illegal.

Fullscreen is Venus and Margarets network. They're responsible for paying ad revenue to the co-owned youtube channel. Now this is the most important thing to know, and this is what makes Venus's actions fraudulent. Venus removed her mothers name on the Fullscreen account, leaving only her own. This means all the money earned from the channel now directly goes to Venus. This was done illegally. I've seen the emails between Margaret, Venus, and Fullscreen and verified in person that they were legitimate. This is straight up fraud. Not only that, but this left Margaret completely broke in Korea, with no source of income and no plane ticket home.

Venus's actions were planned, calculated, and she knew the consequences her actions would have. Inevitably, after the channel was stolen, the ownership names changed, revenue redirected, and Margarets laptop stolen, she was faced with severe financial difficulties. In emails, Venus refused to return the stolen laptop, full of sentimental pictures, important contracts, vitally important information and data. This lead to Margaret locking the laptop from being accessed, as well as changing the password on email accounts and social media which Margaret originally created. She also removed Venus as an administrator on facebook. The crazy part is, Venus lied in the video and claimed her laptop was her own, despite the laptop literally having Margarets name on it, then claimed the social and email accounts were hacked when in fact the password were changed and originally created by Margaret.

Now remember guys, this is after Venus fraudulently redirected ad revenue from a shared youtube and Fullscreen account. Not only that, but Margaret only did this after trying to remedy the situation and it was literally her only option. Venus had betrayed Margaret and had illiegally altered the ownership and stolen thousands of dollars in ad revenue and was completely refusing to cooperate. Venus claimed the youtube channel, email addresses, laptop as her own and claimed ownership of it all and neglected to say that it was actually in join ownership. In fact, Margaret tried emailing the network Fullscreen, but they refused to help restore joint ownership which is actually illegal on Fullscreen's part and a breech of contract. A lot of people have jumped to Venus's defense and proclaimed that she's infallible, that she's a good person and a role-model. I don't think this could be any further from the truth.

Margaret talked to me about Venus's struggle with her body-image and obsessions with food which Venus has faced for years. Sometimes Venus would refuse to eat all together and other times would consume only a few hundred calories per day. The word bulimia also came up during our discussion, as well as some other things I don't think are appropriate to mention. Obviously I can't confirm this, because it's not a physical email or document, so take her word with a grain of salt. While I don't have any physical evidence to support that, I do have some emails to support the fact that there are definitely body image problems. In fact, this email sent by Venus talks about surgery she just had to reduce the size of her stomach and how being fat means failure. I was able to get an English translation with this email, because it's written in German. This is absolutely insane and it's undeniable that there are some underlying issues here. Margaret herself was skeptical as to whether Venus had actually gone through with the surgery, or whether the email was attempting to taunt and cause unnecessary distress for the sake of it. Either way, something not right is going on here for Venus.

In the emails, Venus had been talking about her willingness to reconnect with her mother and meet her. However, this month when Margaret went to Venus's house in an attempt to fix her relationship with her daughter, Venus, without even talking to her mother, called the police and lied saying Margaret was a stranger and had come to collect money. While it's true Margaret does want to fix her problems with youtube, I can tell you based meeting with her she has a lot of love for her daughter and just wants to fix her relationship. Obviously, family takes priority over youtube. When the police did eventually arrive, they actually sided with Margaret when she explained the full story. However, if you know anything about Japanese culture and society, you would know that family problems are considered personal issues and that police don't want to get involved.

Now lets talk about Manaki, the guy Venus went to live with in Japan. Manaki's been following Venus since she's been 14, liking all of her twitter posts, messaging her, sending her letters constantly. Manakis five to six years older than Venus. Manaki tried on many occasions to meet Venus in real life, sometimes waiting for hours just to see her. It's pretty obvious that he was infatuated with Venus, and quite a few years older than her, which is definitely a little bit questionable. Despite this, Margaret allowed them to date. Venus frequently complained about Manaki to her mother, saying things like Manaki was always trying to touch her, looked at her ass, wanted to vomit from kissing. Not exactly the nicest things. Naturally, they broke up but this didn't stop Manaki, who kept pushing and emailing and trying desperately to stay in contact despite being told to stop and it's harrassment. At one point her sent this email that reads, “I'm not a stalker, I'm Venus's boyfriend. I'm the only for Venus, and of course Venus is the only one for me. I cried a lot. I'm so sorry for what I did to you. I want to see Venus.” Eventually Manaki and Venus got back together and Margaret supported her daughters decision. After only a few months, Venus became engaged to him. The crazy thing is Venus married Manaki at the age of 18, and there's a lot of speculation in that her motivation was to get a spousal visa so she could live in Japan. Margaret helped with the marriage paperwork and was supportive of the marriage all together.

While Manaki was in Japan and Venus in Korea, Venus admitted to her mother that she wanted a divorce, just 3-5 days after marrying Manaki, Venus cheated on him with a Korean guy. And here's the insane part, her mother uploaded pictures of them in bed together to social media and sent pictures of this to Manaki, telling him just how shocking Venus's actions are. So yeah, the fact that there's solid proof, that Venus cheated on her husband just 3-5 days after marriage, it's pretty crazy.

We can tell Venus  isn't exactly the greatest character. Many of the videos on Venus's channel, but not all of them, are written, filmed, and edited by Margaret. Because of this, the videos are partially her intellectual and legal property, and she had the right to royalties from these videos, yet she wasn't receiving anything because custody of the account has been stolen and her daughter was refusing to cooperate. This led her to rightfully claim copyright on the videos through youtubes copyright system. Youtube's copyright system is notorious for abuse and false claims, but this is one example of it actually being used fairly and correctly. Now Venus appealed these strikes and youtube denied the appeals, which left the channel with copyright strikes. Because Venus's appeals were denied, this caused the channel to be terminated for several months.

Now, if you don't know how Youtube's copyright system works, I'll explain it. When one of your videos gets copyrighted, you can no longer get earnings from that video. You can appeal this and youtube will review the appeal to determine if copyright is considered legitimate or not. If you appeal falsely, youtube will take down the video and give you a copyright strike on your channel. Now this is the important part. After being denied, you can file a counter DMCA. This is a legal pledge, saying you hold the rights to the content. The person who claimed the video then has 10 days to file a lawsuit. If no lawsuit is filed, the video is restored and the strikes removed. Normally it's too expensive for a claimant to take a youtber to court, so counter DMCAS 99.9% of the time result on the video being brought up regardless of who the true owner of the ocntent is. This is how the videos got resotred on Venus's channel and in no way means that she owns the rights to the video or is legitimate copyright holder. This is simply youtube saying that they have to legal right to decide fair use and only a judge can decide in the court of law. Naturally, after being abandoned with no source of income, Margaret's completely broke and couldn't take this to court as she literally has no finances.

So, what does the future hold for Venus Angelic? Well, that's uncertain. When I asked Margaret what she would do now that the channel is back up, she said she has plenty of time to fight and would take it to court but does not have the money to do so yet. It's pretty obvious that anything can happen between a mother and daughter and relationships can be fixed. She's trying to meet with Venus, as they haven't spoken face to face in a long time, and to be honest, I don't think this is the kind of situation you can fix through emailing. It's pretty obvious that Margaret is the co-owner of the channel and that it was fraudulently taken away from her and that she was betrayed by her own daughter and was left with literally nothing in a foreign country. No house, no money, no source of income, and no youtube channel. However, no doubt the feud has left a permanent scar on such a massive channel and it will take a long time to recover if it ever does.

Now, I'm not going to lie. Margaret has said some controversial things on social media. She's a very controversial person and is by no means perfect. Margaret has done wrong and so has Venus. The truth of the matter is, Venus has literally a hundred times the subscribers as Margaret and control of the youtube channel. So, regardless of who is right or wrong, people are going to side with Venus. I'm not saying either of these women are right, I'm trying to report facts I have personally verified. I have put tens of hours of research into everything, so I know what I'm saying in this video is as accurate as possible. I'm going against the opinions of 99% of people. I'm not doing so based on speculation. I know a lot of people and Venus's fans will give me slack for this video. My channel is about being unbiased in reporting factual material. I've done my research, I've done my interviews, I've gotten an impartial translator to go over emails. People need to stop with mob mentality. Sometimes you need to be part of the 1% and not be afraid to speak up for what you know is right. Make up your own mind about the situation. Do your own research, just as I have. This video is going to end up on a witch- hunting forum, which I won't name. This forum is dedicated to witch-hunting women over the internet, so take everything you read there with a grain of salt. There are two sides to every story. It's very easy to convince anyone of anything when you only present one side of the story.

I really have to thank you guys for the growth on this channel. It's been an absolutely insane. Honestly one-hundred thousand subscribers. I don't even understand that. I've only made, like, 20 videos. I think you guys know I really go above and beyond what's expected to make factual content. This video alone has taken 2 weeks to organize, write, fact-check, and make. But to me, it's not how big and arbitrary number in the corner of my channel is. What really gets to me is are the nice messages people are sending me. It kind of blows my mind when someone says they're binge-watching my content. I really find that surprising and I can't quite get my head around that. Personally, I'm overjoyed that people are even watching my videos, let alone subscribing. If you actually want to subscribe, that's awesome. But the truth is I don't want a subscription to be disingenuous, I want it to be meaningful. I don't want it to be done by someone  ... [more self-gratifying jewtuber bullshit]
