The plains of Earth would come to a silence as an ominous wind blew across the planet. From the tournament that was held, it was evident that there was a new shift of power arising. Standing amongst the desert plains, a young man would begin to amplify his ki, allowing it to ripple across the terrain, entering the minds of all beings awake and present.

"Hello, fellow Earthlings. My name is Justice Mitchell. I am reaching out to you all to tell that Artunia's reign as the Commander of Empire is over." He would pause for a few beats in order to let his audience process this statement before he continued.

"As such, I am the new ruler of 'Empire'. Artunia's version of this organization is no more, but I assure you Earthlings, I will bring a new era of wealth, prosperity, and longevity to our kind... If you decide to follow my organization. I will be in-touch as preparations are being made to re-organize Empire... If that's what we still decide to call it. Keep your ears open and eyes peeled as you await your transition into prosperity..."

With that, the voice faded as quickly as it had arrived, leaving the planet silent once more.
