  1. Weapon rules:
  2. - One-handed melee weapons and silenced guns/rifles only.
  3. - Shotguns are to be used only in worst case scenario. Think special ops.
  4. - Carrying ammo for the weapon you are not using currently is okay. (Grenades, throwing weapons, and mines are not ammo. However if you are using these you may carry multiplies of them until you run out)
  5. Armor rules:
  6. - Light or no armor must be worn at all times.
  7. - If escape from a situation is impossible without death, heavier armor/radiation suits are permitted only until [Hidden] status is obtained.
  8. Special/skills rules:
  9. - Agility and Endurance must be as high as possible.
  10. - Sneaky men must stay in top physical shape.
  11. - The rest is up to you, but Strength must be your designated dump stat.
  12. - After that, Sneak is your absolute number one priority and Survival comes second.
  13. - It is your decision whether you want to specify in Melee, Guns, or the art of Unarmed combat, but you may only bring one to its highest level.
  14. Perks/traits rules:
  15. - All perks taken must be in the interest of staying silent and killing equally as silently.
  16. - For maximum Metal Gear Solid, take Wild Wasteland as a trait for the hell of it. In the event that there are no available traits/perks to assist in stealth, pick and choose at your discretion.
  17. - You may not pick perks and traits from mods that are in the same vein as above.
  18. Food/drugs/healing rules:
  19. - Stimpaks and other synthetic healing items are to be used only in the case of absolute necessity.
  20. - Food items are top priority; putting points into Medicine and Survival will ensure that you can make the highest quality healing items at campfires
  21. - Sleeping off your wounds in non-Hardcore is prohibited; you don't have time to sleep.
  22. Companion rules: No companions allowed under any circumstance. You work alone.
  23. Gameplay rules: The most important rule of this build is to be silent and stealthy at all costs. In the event of being discovered by an enemy, you must not try to fight your way out and are not allowed to fight back until they return to at least [Caution] if not [Hidden], even if it means you can no longer attain a sneak attack critical on them. If escape is impossible, reload an earlier save and try again. You are also not allowed to buy or sell from any vendor. This is a sneaking mission, Courier; all tools are to be procured on-sight.
  24. Required mods:Sawyers mod
  25. Difficulty rules: Play on Hard for normal mode, Very Hard for manmode
  26. Completion rules: Complete the game in the manner you see fit; any anti-war-machine endings should be considered top priority, however. You are nobody's war dog, but at the end of the day, that's all you are useful for.
