+bbpost 10/demotions=Nobody mentioned a certain amount of scenes or powers. What is meant (and I agree) is that people who behave like a genin, don’t take any responsibility but are chuunin now due to ability and or CG should be demoted. its more about the ic mindset or effort than an ooc bar that needs to be touched to maintain a rank.
