  1. Blend one head of cauliflower till it's rice sized grains or smaller.
  2. Put blended stuff in a bowl
  3. Pour boiling water over till it's completely covered give it a stir, and let it sit for a few minutes.
  4. Pour watery pulp into a strainer. let it drip off for a few minutes.

  6. Put soggy pulp in a clean kitchen towel, and wring out as much water as possible.

  8. Put cauliflower clump into a dry bowl.
  9. Add 100G of shredded cheese (parmesan is great, but mozzarella or cheddar is good too)
  10. Add spices of choice. (Fresh basil leafs for example, or oregano or whatever you like)

  12. Put clump on a sheet of baking paper, and place a sheet on top. Start rolling out the mix to a thin pizza.
  13. Carefully remove top paper.

  15. Bake in oven on 200C for ~10 minutes (until it gets a bit golden)
  16. Take pizza bottom out. Put on toppings of choice. (I like to use straight tomato concentrate as the sauce, then add some Parma ham and dollops of green pesto, no cheese on top.)

  18. Bake for ~5-10 minutes
