Tangent's Point Buy System

Start off with 24 points.

Pick any body, age, and outfit.

Buying a specialization costs as many points as it grants stat bonuses- fire will cost 3, Ice 3, Air 4...

Same applies for weapon- melee costs 2, ranged 1, etc etc. You can take a second weapon for 4 points.

All powers will cost 1 point, plus however many points the stat boosts give- killing blow costs 2 points for example. You can take a second power for 4 points.

All perks will also cost 1 point, plus however many points a stat boost gives.

Outfit, weapon, power, and body are mandatory.

Any leftover points can be spend as bronze coins on stats with a maximum of 12 points acquired through this method for any one stat. You can take up to 7 perks and must have at least 3 (?). You may take a second power or weapon for 4 points.

A Dark Magical Girl follows the same rules as the PDF but may select the second specialization instead of rolling.
