  1. I think that the minimum spec PC would be the best way to go, I feel like the high spec computer is over the top when it comes to what the charity actually needs it for, fair enough the high spec computer will be capable of running the software without any issues, but its really not worth the price tag. I feel like the minimum spec PC is more than capable of carrying out the tasks that it needs to, both computers have a long life expectancy, the high spec even more so, however is it really worth paying £600 more for the high spec computer when its only really going to last for about another 3 month longer than the other one? The computer systems will also become obsolete, and may need further upgrades down the road so that they could support the new software they might need, which means you might spend £600 extra on the high spec to find out 2 years later new hardware is required to use the updated software, which is potentially a money loss. Overall I think that the high spec computer system is not worth going for, the minimum spec system should not encounter any problems anyway and should be perfectly capable of running the needed software. You could argue that the high spec will be just faster in general for example; at rendering videos etc, but is that really needed? The minimum spec still gets the job done at the end of the day, all it takes is a little time management and the waiting times shouldn’t be a problem.
