Diversity and Tolerance in Denpa

When talking about denpa songs there are different people who have different impressions about it.
When going to denpa live events, people have different ways of enjoying the music, and the genres they play are varied.

In this article we'll observe what kind of music the "denpa song" term encompasses, and what kind of fans there are.

This time I didn't recollect too much data so please keep in mind I'm writing this from what I've seen.

Club Music Group
----------------
These days there are more techno/club music-like denpa songs.
They're people who used to listen to nerdcore and the like. [TL: J-Core anyone?]
They don't look much like otaku but more stylish/oshare.

Mostly people who just started to use Niconico douga.

Girls(?) who play nukige because they find them cute.
It seems they come around tricked by the cute imagery from the Djibril OP.

Funny Denpa song Guidebook group

Those who participated in old 2ch threads and pushed the start of the era of denpa songs.
They gravitate more towards senseless lyrics and relatively comical songs (like Mikan no Uta).
They seem to think that today's anime denpa songs aren't "denpa" but just "moe". [TL: It seems we have some of them here!]

They're quite the gamers (Sound games/TRPG/etc), but they don't talk much in events.

They run around searching for denpa song doujin circles.
They aren't few, and perhaps they're the ones supporting the current denpa song scene.
It might be hard to separate them as they usually blend in with the previous groups.

Originally born from denpa songs chants ("Hai hai!" and whatnot), it includes those songs.
I guess they like songs that make you excited in live events.

I hope you could understand that when we say "denpa song" we talk about diverse music and people.
In people groups, the ones who are tolerant are the ones who survive (or so I read).
In other words, there are different kinds of people so we have to accept each other.

There's also the question if separating them in groups has any meaning.
Well, it really might not have one, but I think it can help to know what kind of music you like when searching for new music.
I also think it might help to understand other people's perception.

It's important to recognize different perspectives, and we all have to respect each other's space. I wrote this article with that in mind.
