  1. ## Company Setup
  2. 1. Use the Find Company screen to search the database for the company. CAOT is company ID 2925.
  3. 2. Click the Edit icon to open the Edit Company screen.
  4. 3. Ensure the company is assigned to an industry and has a logo uploaded.
  5. 4. Under the People section, ensure your primary contact person is assigned to the company, and his email address is current.
  6. 5. Save any changes, then open the Tools command menu and click "Setup Company".
  7. 6. Ensure the Web Site and Email Domain fields are not blank.
  8. 7. Ensure the Customer/Vendor Relationships section contains current information.
  9. 8. Under the Licensee section, ensure the Status is Enabled and the Account Manager is selected.
  10. 9. Save your changes

  12. ## User Setup
  13. 1. Return to the Edit Company screen and click the name of your primary contact person to go to the Edit Person screen.
  14. 2. Ensure his Email and Job Title are current
  15. 3. Ensure his Work Address is current
  16. 4. Under the Roles section, ensure "Enable Login Credentials" is checked.
  17. 5. Ensure his user name matches his email address, and ensure his credentials are approved.
  18. 6. Assign him to one or more user roles.
  19. 7. Save changes, then open the Tools command menu and select "Send Welcome Email"
  20. 8. Send a welcome email to the user
