Group 9 Session 4 - Lolly's private walk

[13:24] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  A pony steps from the shadows from behind you. "You looking for something?"
[13:25] * Lollygag pulls back from looking through weeds growing at the side of buildings, tears streaming down her face. She sniffs hard a few times, "I... Yes... I'm... trying to find some... herbs..."
[13:26] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  The pony trots into the light of a street lamp. He's a pale white pony in a dark green hoodie. "Herbs? Well, it just so happens, I know a place with loads of herbs. Wanna see?"
[13:27] * Lollygag should be suspicious but right now she just doesn't care enough, "P-please... I can... I can make it worth your time..."
[13:32] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  The hooded pony smirks. "Sure. Worth it, how?" He asks, trotting down the street and motioning for you to follow him.
[13:36] * Lollygag trots after him, watching his hooves as she follows, "I know... how to make something... it's really nice..."
[13:37] * Lollygag sniffs hard, "It makes you feel better... it'll make everything better..."
[13:38] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  The pony raises a brow. "Oh, a chemist are we? Well, you'll be right at home, then." He walks with you for a while, tell the reach the base of the mountain that the Pier leads to. Before you is a massive tree, with buildings built into the massive oak. "Welcome, to the Green Garden Lofts."
[13:40] * Lollygag lifts her head, looking at the building but not really looking at it, "Garden... that sounds nice..."
[13:41] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  The hoodie pony pushes open an oak door into what looks like the atrium. Dozens of ponies dressed like him scurry about, carrying potted plants and vials of glowing liquids in their magic. "Oh yes, it's very nice."
[13:45] * Lollygag looks around, her eyes managing to focus on the plants, "It is..." Her head follows the plants as they move around, "So... can we... trade?"
[13:46] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  The pony nods. "Why certainly. Follow me." He trots to a door marked "Loft Garden A1" and pushes it open.
[13:48] * Lollygag follows slowly after the hooded pony, her gaze returning to his hooves as she looks away from the plants.
[13:48] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  Your both outside now, the night air is kind of cool, and the fishy smell of the Pier is noticably absent. Before you are dozens of rows of herbs of every color. "Well, what do you have to trade?"
[13:51] * Lollygag takes a deep breath of the clean air. It was so much better like this... even the Tower was better than the smell of that horrible Pier. She turns to look at the drug-pony, "Well, I don't have much caps... But if you give me the supplies to make some... I'll split half the product with you."
[13:53] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  "Half? Sounds good to me. What's this stuff do, anyway?"
[13:53] * Lollygag smiles fondly, "It brings back the past."
[14:01] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  The buck blinks. "What? Cooool, little lady. I'll give it a shot. What do you need?"
[14:02] * Lollygag lifts her smile as she looks at the drug-pony, "I'll need a eight sprigs of blue herb, and four of green, and to borrow one of your stations, please."
[14:04] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  He nods and gets what you need. He takes you to a chemistry set in the corner. "Will this do?"
[14:05] * Lollygag nods and slides her saddlebags off, pulling her books out and setting them down by the chem set, "It will be just fine, thank you."
[14:09] <Lollygag> ((do i get a bonus to the survival checks from using the equipment? or will it just be a straight check?))
[14:09] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  Yes, you get a +25

[14:09] <Lollygag> yay!
[14:16] * Lollygag carefully crushes up the herbs, pouring them into vials, she follows this with pages from the books, crushing them all together and heating them carefully, until they blend together, crystallizing into a soft blue powder that sparkles under the light.
[14:19] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  The pony watches curiously. "Interesting."
[14:20] * Lollygag smiles at the drug-pony as she portions the powder out, wrapping it in little bundles with more pages from the books. She nudges half of the bundles towards him, "There you go, please try some, if you'd like."
[14:23] * SpencerDespenser|GM the pony shakes his head and stows the bundles. "A good dealer never takes his own stuff, but you probably knew that. I'll make sure they higher ups catch this stuff though. Say, what's your name?"
[14:24] * Lollygag smiles as she tucks her six of the bundles into her saddlebag, "Of course. My name's Lollygag."
[14:26] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  The pony nods and smiles. "Lollygag... I'll remember that. Take it easy, Miss." He leads you back to foyer.
[14:28] * Lollygag bows her head, and follows the drug-pony to the exit, "Thank you for your help. I'll be around the Pier for a while, so just find me if you ever have reason to. I hope you have a pleasant night."
[14:29] <SpencerDespenser|GM>  And there you have it!
[14:29] * Lollygag smiles and starts on her way to the bar where she left her companions.
