I have 83 images marked bg000.png to bg0083.png, which I want to make to a 10:18:48 long video.

I used "ffmpeg -framerate 1/442 -i bg%03d.png -c:v libx264 -preset medium -tune stillimage -crf 18 -c:a copy -shortest -pix_fmt yuv420p -r 24 img442.mkv" which gives me a video of the correct length, however when I try to play it in vlc, it jumps several hours at a time, making it play back in a few seconds.

If I check the details it says the framerate is 12frames/second, and data-rate and total-bitrate is 0kbps. Anybody know what else I can try? (Using windows, in case that's important)
