  61. * Restrictions: Must be built on the border, which means 1 adjacent tile must be neutral/enemy territory. If it is surrounded by your nation's territory, the outpost is abandoned and stops functioning
  62. * Special ability: Border outpost sends a dispatch of Levy army Unit(+300 strength) to aid any defensive battle of the nation if it happens on this tile or in an adjacent tile. If the unit is lost in battle you lose 150 population.
