  1. The books Lekha mentioned she'd look at:

  3. Don't Let Dreams be Dreams - Summarizing a bit, the book starts off with a popular story of how exactly humans were gifted the extraordinary ability to read the future. When humanity was created, it was said that when they were granted Knowledge, Emotion and Willpower by the trio of humanity, a particular Pokemon, Cresselia, also granted humans access to the realm of the Aether and the ability to dream. Her counterpart, Darkrai, feared the potential of humans, as unbridled access to the Aether could grant them unknowable potential. And so Darkrai darkened humanity's eyes to the power of Magic, forcing them to rely on external forces to harness the energies of the arcane. All except for dreams. That one thing was Cresselia's domain alone, and could never be taken away. And dreams were a funny thing! They never quite seemed to be bound to a point in time. Something dreamed in the future could be called upon by a seer in the past. Something in the past could be recollected on easily, if one had an item in question to invoke the dream. And yet, the author of this book does not believe in a fixed future. Many times, the author believes, dream visions of the future are vague -because- of this, to afford humanity as large its free will, or perhaps to use this power to change things for the positive. Those with the power of Dream Sight are blessed, and if they can help, the author encourages them to JUST DO IT.

  5. Entropy and Multiverse Theory - this book... seems to be really difficult. You study it for a bit and glean off these bits of data that the author claims: Supposedly, the world has limited energy. When it came into being, a great amount of aether energy was taken from the world of dreams to shape everything. And while some energy can be drawn from the Aether even today, especially by runes, it's not nearly enough to sustain the universe at large. Eventually, the author purports, all energy will be used until it reaches a state in which it is unusable, and then everything will die. The Rune of Death is thought to govern entropy, passively, explaining why Yveltal is on the cover. Near limitless energy seems to exist in the Aether, but the flow of that energy into our world seems to be regulated. Possibly also by the Rune of Death. Possibly by some greater law at large.

  7. On that note, the author discusses the existence of other worlds, other universes. Contrary to popular belief, the author claims, the Aether is not a realm connected to this world alone, but to many different existences, many different worlds. A "multi-verse". The dreams of countless trillions of sentients float through that space of collective unconscious and magic, and from those, the denizens of the Aether (such as Guardians or other beings) draw their forms, a reflection of something else in a land far, far away. And some of these worlds have been seen by dreamers the author has met. Worlds with Pokemon but no True Runes governing the land. Worlds with True Runes, where not a single Pokemon exists. Worlds where ships fly in the air and gigantic crystals regulate the flow of magic from the Aether. Everything is interconnected, yet separated by the world of dreams. One might could envision it as a library in which a great many books are sorted. The books exist touching end to end as far as the eye can see, but their words will never interconnect directly. Together, yet separate. The author begins talking about entropy again and wondering if the same laws apply to the usage of energy in other worlds, and if not, how that problem might be solved by finding a way to leech said energy from the Aether and the multiverse at large.

  10. Roons:
  11.
  12. Rage Rune - as in the Rune page.
  13.
  14. Sound Rune - in the hands of someone untrained in its use, it provides the ability to make any sound one wishes, as well as providing the move Echoed Voice and +5 damage resistance to Sonic attacks. A little different from Cornell's Sound Rune... In the hands of someone familiar with it, who knows?
  15.
  16. Shield Rune -
  17.
  18. 1 - Barrier. Standard Action. As the Pokemon move.
  19. 2 - Shield Oath Standard Action. All allies within 3 meters are Shielded. Shielded targets resist the next Massive Damage they would take by one step.
  20. 3 - Great Blessing - Standard Action. You create a 3x3 area of Blessed Earth that lasts for the duration of the encounter. Allies standing in Blessed Earth at the start of their turn or who end their movement in Blessed Earth gain a tick of temporary HP, +5 Damage Reduction, and +1 attack stage of their choice.
  21. 4 - Battlefield - Standard Action. The Shield Rune's power over protection begins to subvert your enemys' defenses. Field Range. For one full round, all allied Pokemon deal damage as if it were one step more Super Effective.
  22.
  23. Rejuvenation Rune -
  24.
  25. 1 - Light of Loyalty. Standard Action. Designate two friendly targets within 5 meters of the caster (can include the user). These two are Linked. Linked targets recover a Tick of HP per turn and either one can choose to suffer a negative status effect for the other (even if it has already been applied before this spell). If either Linked target falls unconscious, that target loses their Linked status and the other target recovers an additional tick of HP per turn.
  26. 2 - Light of Hope. Standard Action. One target within 6 meters recovers three ticks of HP instantly. If that target was conscious, they recover an additional tick of HP. IF they were unconscious, they are set to 0 HP first.
  27. 3 - Light of Friendship. Standard Action. All friendly targets within 6 meters gain the Cheered, Excited and Motivated statuses (as of the core 1.05 Cheerleader) and the Friend Guard ability. If they already had the Friend Guard ability, they gain +10 damage reduction when using it.
  28. 4 - Light of Love. Full Action. One target within 6 meters is set to full HP and has the frequency of all Moves restored. If they are a Pokemon, distribute four Combat Stages and they Mega Evolve, disregarding frequency. Injuries however, are not recovered, unlike the Mother Ocean spell.
  29.
  30. Third Eye Rune - ???
  31.
