1. Starting the game properly and defining settings

   STARTING THE GAME

1.Extract files
2.Click the launcher and press Start
3.WAIT
4.WAIT SOME MORE , if it says it is not responding it bloody is so dont do anything and just wait ffs
5.PLAY
(When the programs says 'Not responding' even when playing or going into new year etc it is loading, LET IT LOAD)

>No full-screen option
Edit the settings.txt file and change 'fullscreen' to 'yes' as well as shadows and any other options you'd like on
>Music
Music is avaliable in the Audio Tab in Options and is turned down by default, just turn it up along with effects
Certain full-screen resolutions may not work . If yours doesnt work scroll and kepe trying differnt ones until one does or just play windowed

3. FIXES SO FAR AND THINGS THAT NEED HAMMERING DOWN  - ADD ANYTHING THAT NEEDS FIXING IN THIS SECTION -

A temporal fix/patch can be downloaded here: http://a.pomf.se/dessxv.txt and replaces the governemnts.txt file in /common


>A Unit Supply bug that stops troops from reciving supplies making them unable to move

This is likely a debug function for play testing. No idea if hard coded or not.

The game uses lots of HOI3 crap so editing files for something that could easily be done in either Vicky2 or HOI3 is very possible and will work, go Wild
