PJ2 critical issues
* Scatterer support is incomplete. All atmospheric worlds MUST have scatterer, due to it being the only way to have multiple star support visually.
* Multiple dubiously functional binary objects. Investigate use of Sigma Binary as an alternative.
* Several unfinished objects, including Sinacin and Sandevistan.
* Several unfinished systems, with more objects pending.
