-
Physical Description:
- C is an example of the "blonde sex bomb" stereotype, to make this description not be needlessly complicated. She's six foot without her heels, six four with them, slightly toned, busty, and slender in the meaning that her stomach and back are. Hourglass figure, in other words. Human ears, skin perhaps a little paler than is normal, though not much.
- Her hair is a light blonde, short, arrayed around her face and just above her shoulders.
- Her eyes are two separate colors insofar as irises, though both work perfectly fine; the left one is a deep emerald, and the right one is a deep sapphire. When she has not had her week's sleep at the end of the month, they are a dull, lusterless red, with no whites at all. When deeply enraged, her eyes lighten in tint to a cyan and a viridian, and catlike slits appear in them; they are otherwise normal looking.
- Her chin is almost as pointed as her two ever-present fangs, a marked difference between the Terran Vampire and the Earth Vampire; Earth members can retract and grow their fangs, to better blend in.
- Terran ones have them constantly and they remain consistently the same size.
- She has been called 'pretty' before. She might argue that. Others might use stronger words, on either side. -shrug- All depends on your terms, one supposes, and your preference.
- Her apparel remains the same under normal circumstances; her garments consist of a little black dress, heels, and a single thick gold armband around the wrist of her right arm. If traveling, she prefers to have an umbrella with her.
-

Personality:
- In a word? Complicated.
- C is usually the one trying to talk sense into people, promote communication, make people understand one another and get the goals done. She does this as it requires her to do; often, she can be quite nice. She usually prefers this method. Other times, she has to break a few limbs. Either way, it will get done.
- C likes kids. Not in the Dracula-baby-stealing-and-nomming sense. In the 'little tykes are adorable' way. Vamprism is a problem, here, because if she got thirsty around them she could kill them. Or the fact that she's still getting used to being exponentially stronger then she used to be and could squish their bones by hugging too hard. And thus never goes around them in spite of, perhaps somewhat misconceived, affection.
- C could be accused of having multiple personalities. She is liked as a leader- kind, hardworking, benevolent, intelligent, and pretty enough that other politicians ignore these faults. ;p She likes children. She likes being playful. She likes flirting.
- But the professional C is a different matter.
- She has been known to ruthlessly slaughter troops on her own side for a incident of friendly fire. She can be grim. She has some major anger issues on the battlefield when she's emotionally tied to the subject, and major emotional issues when it comes to friendship or romance. She's been hurt before, and for all the flirting and altruism in the Multi-Verse, she's still not going to let it happen again. She holds no qualms while in duty, simply after, and scarcely even then. C is *mostly* nice, and C is well liked as a leader and diplomat, despite her (entirely internal) confidence or morality issues.
- The private C that she shows to no one else at all is yet again quite different.
- C is not experienced as a Royal; she also suffers some lingering self-negatives from her time as an Exiled Noble. New powers and authoritative power plus new duty and total lack of preparation to use them, a sort of do-it-yourself-you're-a-big-girl approach, has left her (privately) with confusion, shame, doubts, hesitation, and perhaps a hint of remorse. Pining is something it isn't usually in her character to do, but it seems to occur a bit more often now.
- C is what one might deem 'sexually confused'. In the first place, frankly, she's dead. In the second place, she's a bi-sexual woman... who can't have sex.
You ever hear about Mass Effect's "Asari" aliens that could breed with anyone of any gender or any species? ... yeah.
- A witch once granted something she thought she wanted and with the liberal use of phoenix blood and some reality reversal somewhat made that option occur for the Lady. It was entirely too effective.
- (Though really, sexual parthenogenesis is a confusing and seemingly self-contradictory affair).
- But more of a curse in her case. Not allowed to have kids, biologically being dead wouldn't make any sense to have kids, and completely involuntary as much as it is eternally prevalent. *Any* time causes it, and so, there must be . |P
- This leaves us with a seemingly conflicted individual. On the one hand, she's a pretty, elegant lady who
- would not look out of place singing atop a piano for the fun of it , which she has done, or caretaking
- kindergarteners. Happy go lucky teasing aunt or sister type figure, despite her figure.
- Seeing her at the desk of a public office is a slightly harder picture to maintain, but simple enough. She
- might be blonde, but she has a good head on her shoulders; while not a genius, she thinks outside the
- box and outside the borders well, and she can reason and wheedle with the best of them for the best
- intentions.
- Seeing her rip a head off in a rain of blood or break a man's arm and bash in his chest with a blow of a
- flat-palm punch is much more difficult to contemplate. Such are the nature of the services being a
- Masque call her to do when not serving as a diplomat or various non-lethal duties to society.
- She does drink sentient blood. She does kill when she feeds. She is not ashamed of this in the slightest.
- Neither does she have contempt for those she drinks. It's simply a necessary function, and she's killed
- for less noble reasons than simply surviving before, so it is one she does not question.
- She does prefer however to eat via Sylvanos' method.

History:
- C's been around. Though she refuses to disclose her age, as 'a Lady never tells', in Vampiric time she's
- 'old enough to know better and young enough to do it anyway'. It's presumed she's about a hundred
- years old, maybe one twenty. She's just rather reverted to a fledgling-ish nature of late from recent
- transformation. Once she gets her head on straight she'll resume maturity.
- She was born a Human named Kim Gray, and was turned on her birthday by an uncle named Dorian
- that she's never quite forgiven. When he was subsequently killed in a portrait related incident she
- moved in with the others he'd orphaned and started a new life for herself. (Her parents are long since
- dead of natural causes, as are her actual siblings. She has no children she's willing to disclose about.)
- Being a Vampire does not automatically make you rich. Nor are all Noble Vampires rich, despite being
- granted an estate to start upon; they have to build their own out of it. They are at least given the tools to
- do so, but the acumen, wisdom, or luck to make it work are entirely in their hands. C built a fairly
- grand niche for herself, got Exiled and had it all confiscated from her, briefly liasoned with a woman of
- independent means that didn't quite see her in the same manner as her paramour, broke free of a rather
- literal cage, and was returned her possessions on a rather surprising ascension due to... unique
- circumstances. Off of those and the trading deals newly established with the World Government C
- became a rather wealthy bloodsucker.
- Due to this surprise ascension the Exile became the first female Prince of the Vampires. Though every
- inch a woman, C is unable to alter the title to Princess without forfeiting the role, power, and powers
- attached; 'Lady Prince' sounds fun to her anyway. She's one of seven Princes and only eight Royal
- Class Vampires on her world. Eighth strongest, too, but still nothing to scoff at. She's earned her title in
- the months since it was sprung on her; she's a leader both of the Vampires and the outside world, and is
- quite probably the most influential of the Masques.
- Half the reason for her popularity is that she's known to put her money where her fanged mouth is- she
- pays, and out of her own pocket, not the taxes taken from those she represents. The other is that she's a
- good-hearted altruist that gets the job done. At least she's seen to be.
